- Sourjya Ganguly (7/5): Cosy lil flat for 5 in the heart of Darling harbour!! - The location is fab!! The kitchen was well equipped too!! The bedrooms were good!! The beds in the living room were poor!! Dyson was not at its prime.. so floor does get dirty. Extra linens and quilt would have been better.

- Tanya (9/5): - Location was great and plenty of room. The facilities were lovely and thank you for the tea and coffee. The instructions upon arrival are 471 when the door has the numbers 469 which was confusing. It also says the door to the left of the business when it's the door to the right. The plug in the bath tub doesn't fit so we couldn't use it. The fan in the spare bedroom is old and the speed buttons no longer work, it's all the same low speed. Maybe have a mattress topper for the couch as it was very uncomfortable due to being uneven. Some milk in the fridge would have been a nice touch or instructions to nearest corner shop. Patio area needs a tidy up with leaves. Couldn't find the location of the wheelie bins it talks about to put out the rubbish so you need a map. Internet went out on third day, didn't know why? Back of remote battery cover is missing.
- Sandeep (9/5): Stay in Ultimo - Location was amazing, the place was quite big and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Hosts were responsive and helpful and the instructions to get into the house was clear. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Wi-fi had a tough time reaching all corners of the house, especially in the terraced bedroom. Took multiple times for the clothes to dry in the dryer, so we had do a little at a time.

Easy to walk to central locations - It was in a great location, clean and plenty of space It would have been useful to have a key to lock the back door and the studio door. We couldn't find pillow cases for the spare pillows. We couldn't work out the tv easily - the streaming services were in another location. Some instructions to use them would have been helpful
- Tejash (3/5): Not a good value for money. I wouldnt stay here again. - Central location is the only thing that we liked. Access to the home was difficult. The house was not cleaned at all. We had to vacuum the entire property to get rid of dust on the floor upon our arrival at midnight. The sofa beds were not comfortable at all, and no human being should be given those sofa beds for sleeping. The floor has cracks near the edges in the main living room, and a cockroach came out. Although we have informed that we are a total of 4 adults + 4 Kids, only 7 towels were provided. The number of quilts was two shorts that what was required. Hence, we have to message the property owners at midnight. They provided the additional quilts and towels.
- Cecilia (8/5): Nice and spacious - Big space Floor was dusty when we checked in but the owner compensated us with small gift and the shower hose was broken and keep on splashing water when we take our bath and we asked for handyman to come and repair it but no handyman come and repair during our 1 week stay
