• Kali (6/5): - Communication from staff was poor, they did not answer any of our questions or requests. No body wash or shampoo, hand wash was empty, and no instructions on things like wifi
• john (7/5): Safe and secure. tidy and practical - Safe location and about 20mins walk into the city. Property was clean and modern Had to purchase more toilet paper as only just over 2 rolls were in the property which for a group of 4 adults staying over 3 nights was never going to be enough.

O check in é feito on-line e poderia ser mais simples.O apartamento não fica 15 minutos da ponte Vecchio.Vc usará 21 minutos até a ponte.O terraço,não é privativo fica de frente para todos os outros vizinhos do condomínio.Tb poderia ser melhor tratado,estava desorganizado e sujo .A cozinha precisa de mais utensílios.Não tem facas,nem serras para cortar pão ,não tem tábua de cortar.

• Maria Agnese (7/5): Una buona base di appoggio per due persone per pochi giorni - Appartamento completo di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, si trova al piano terra di una palazzina ed è rivolto verso il cortile interno, silenzioso e tranquillo. Materasso molto comodo, divano letto un po’ meno (e un po’ impolverato). Angolo cottura con lo stretto essenziale per la cucina (2 tazze, 2 bicchieri, 1 tazzina per caffè, 1 calice, qualche posata, 3 padelle, sale, detersivo piatti). Bagno molto piccolo, senza finestra e senza piani di appoggio ma abbastanza pulito e completo di grande doccia e bidet. Credo mancasse l’asciugacapelli ma noi fortunatamente lo avevamo portato. Centro comodamente e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti seguendo il Lungarno. È un piccolo appartamento secondo me più adatto a due persone che tre, per pochi giorni è più che funzionale. Il check-in online è macchinoso e problematico: non caricava direttamente le foto dei documenti (3 per ogni persona) scattandole sul momento. Avrei gradito se mi fosse stato spiegato prima, così avrei potuto prepararle prima di partire e risparmiare tempo. Caricati tutti i dati di ogni persona e le foto dei documenti , occorre attendere un codice tramite whatsapp: essendo arrivato tardi ci siamo incamminati senza poter lasciare la valigia nell’appartamento. Non viene data alcuna informazione sui dintorni (ci sono due ottime pasticcerie sullo stesso lato della strada, ristoranti vari..) ed ai viaggiatori fa sempre comodo un piccolo orientamento su ciò che offre il quartiere . La pulizia abbastanza buona ma decisamente non rigorosa .

• annalisa (7/5): App.to molto confortevole - L'appartamento a tutti i servizi ed è posizionato in una zona molto strategica della città Dato che si trattava di una soggiorno per quattro persone mi aspettavo di trovare il numero esatto di cialde e qualche bottiglia di acqua come accoglienza.

• Barros (5/5): Péssimo - Falta de atenção e comunicação por parte do anfitrião. Conforme solicitado, efectuei o pagamento das taxas de turista e o check-in com antecedência e ainda assim nao antecipou as instruções para acesso à casa, mesmo depois de lhe ter enviado a informação do meu horário de chegada! Após 30 minutos de espera à porta do apartamento, voltei ao contacto, desta vez por chamada telefónica e constatei que nao teve o cuidado de verificar que o check in e as respectivas taxas já estavam efectuadas, voltou a pedir para fazer check in e o pagamento das taxas.
• Taly (8/5): Buen alojamiento pero casi ningún contacto con anfitrión. - La comodidad del espacio y las camas, El baño es súper pequeño y no están en un barrio muy bonito ni cerca del centro. Tenían una lavadora que nunca pude encender y no contestó el anfitrión sobre este tema.

• Lee (5/5): Decent location and price is decent too but it lacks basic necessities. - Comfortable property, 20 minute walk away from the city centre and main train station. Apartment was dirty when we arrived, a lot of hair and dust around the place. There were no surface cleaning spray, no floor cleaner so we had to go out and purchase our own from a local shop. The properly lacked a few more things like sharp knives, scissors, washing machine power / tablets, Hoover ETC.
• Neagu (10/5): Perfect - The apartment was amazing — beautifully designed and decorated in a modern style. I especially loved the private terrace, which was perfect for relaxing outside. The location was also very convenient — just a short walk from the bus stop for line 6, which took us directly to the city centre. There’s also an Esselunga supermarket nearby, which made grocery shopping super easy. Check-in was smooth and simple, and the host made everything very easy for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! There was nothing we didn’t like, just a few friendly suggestions that might improve the experience even more: adding mosquito nets to the windows, providing a few essential cooking items like salt and oil, and maybe including a Netflix subscription.

• Cemco (8/5): Very good - The place was very modern and good style. Many facilities are there, but however few things that can be added will make it perfect. The wardrobes in the bedroom were limited and hard to access. A hanger needed in the entrance for coats would be nice. Garden was nice too

• Cristina (9/5): Everything was perfect, just improve check in process, please - Apartment was perfect and clean Instructions how to get to the apartment were unclear, they didn’t send us info about check in until we paid the city tax (it was difficult because the website didn’t work as expected). They told us to call to the specific number to open the door, but if turned out that this was not necessary at all. No photos with doors, just uninformed small text.

• Aleksandr (2/5): Very poor - Nothing We arrived at 1900 and the apartment's key was not in the safe, so we wait for almost an hour to bring it and open the door. When we entered inside we were shocked, all those pictures that were published on booking.com are not matching the reality. They had a problem with tennants 3 days ago, which had a party or something, so basically all that "luxury" condition evaporated, however nobody told us anything. They gave us a fact, now it's like this. Coffee machine's receptacle doesn't work, so you have to move the coffee machine to another location with power supply. No coffee/tea provided. You have dishwasher, but no washing liquid/tablets provided. You have washing machine, but you don't have even a place to dry your clothes. 2 frying pans destroyed - so you can't cook your eggs in the morning. They don't have even knives in the kitchen. All windows are facing to the internal well, so there's no sunshine inside for the whole day. Lot of tiger mosquitos, no any repellent provided. No proper response from the owner. The worst experience ever in Italy.
• Teresa (7/5): Pleasant enough but not luxury - Air con, outside area is ok if you are a smoker, bed comfortable. Good location away from centre but only a 25 min walk to all the sights. Quiet location. One set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand and 1 tiny one) for each person for our 8 nights stay. Had to wash them ourselves during the stay. Only 1 pillow each on the bed. Spare pillows (2 of them) were cheap and no pillow case covers on them and stuffing bursting out. No freezer only a fridge. Dishwasher you can’t use as it’s too big for space and door doesn’t open fully to pull out racks. Door on dishwasher was loose at bottom when we went to use it probably because of this and I received whats apps from who ever manages this apartment about the damage which was there from the start. The hosts want to talk by WhatsApp not booking.com. Also don’t give the check on details until an hour before you’re due to arrive even if it’s after when check in starts. No hangers or space to hang clothes as wardrobes are ridiculously high. Bathroom is far too small. No Iron but luckily I had taken my own hand steamer.

• Hao (10/5): Great apartment close to all the attractions - Freshly renovated apartment. Equipped with modern appliances. Great experience. The BEST accommodation of the whole trip. The ID verification process can be a bit streamlined. Such as using some online platform.
