• Desirée (2/5): Nada recomendable - Hacia mucho frío y no funcionaba ni agua caliente ni calefacción, olía mal y no pudimos salir a cenar fuera porque la puerta de fuera de la calle no funcionaba, en teoría se tenía que abrir automáticamente al picar en el botón pero no se abría y como no teníamos llave de esa puerta de fuera no pudimos salir. Un desastre!!!
• Brendan (2/5): Ridiculously poor for the cost, do not recommend to anyone. Stay away. - The washroom was quite good actually, the only thing that was decent in the whole place. It was clean, the shower was quite good and toiletries were plentiful. The only place I have ever booked where you cant get in the building because the main door is in such disrepair it does not work or function properly. There is a buzzer that sounds but it doesn't unlock the door, this was obviously not a new issue. We waited outside until the host messaged us back, to which we were told to try and access the building next door which shares a courtyard and gain access that way. However we could not get in to this building either with the buzzer/code provided. We were lucky some people going in opened the door and let us in. Ridiculous, if no one was around or you arrive late at night what then... you can't get in. The Wifi did not work and when messaging the host, they did not reply. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were useless. We stuffed our jackets in the pillow cases. The sheets are cheap, light polyester crap that is too light for the season and not warm. The kitchen lacked basics including a dishtowel, utensils, bowls, plates. No mugs for coffee or tea... Overall terrible experience. For the cost you can easily find something else.
• Gonzalo (3/5): Amplio apartamento antiguo, CUIDADO CON LOS CARGOS ADICIONALES EN TU TARJETA - Nos permitieron dejar las valijas un rato antes del check in. El apartamento es super amplio, entiendo que es debido a que en realidad parece ser mas bien un altillo. El barrio es tranquilo, se puede descansar. Tiene un baño completo y un baño social. Hay varios aspectos que deberían considerar previo a alquilar este apartamento: 1. Para hacer el check in debes ingresar todos tus datos en un página web del anfitrión, incluida una tarjeta de crédito, a la cual luego le cargarán un dinero como garantía (en nuestro caso fueron 109 euros), que luego de abandonar el apartamento te reintegrarán en un plazo de 10 días hábiles.... en nuestro caso hicimos el check out hace 10 días hábiles y aún no me han reintegrado el dinero. Me enteré chequeando la cuenta bancaria, en otros lugares donde me han solicitado un depósito en garantía lo avisan con anticipación y en forma clara en al descripción de las condiciones del lugar, en esta oportunidad siento que no fue así. 2. El anfitrión continuamente te esta enviando mensajes, consultando como va todo (lo cual en principio es genial), pero cuando realmente lo precisé y le escribí demoró 1 día y medio en contestarme... 3. Los baños son demasiado antiguos, la ducha se encuentra en un espacio reducido en cuanto a la altura, por lo que no lo recomendaría a personas con altura media/alta.
• Sanja (2/5): We had a lot of problems and the owner wasnt trying to help. - Location was good. We had a really bad experience. For two out of our three nights, there was no heating and no warm water, in the middle of winter. We tried contacting the owner several times, but no one came for two full days. When someone finally did come, the issue was “fixed” for about ten minutes before breaking again. In addition, our family were staying in another apartment in the same building, which wasn’t much better, not enough dishes, outdated furniture, and generally uncomfortable. The wifi was really bad for both apartments. We had to stand next to the main walk in door in order to be able to send a message or go online. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic comfort and customer service. Unfortunately, we got neither. We definitely would not recommend Treasure Home Vienna to anyone.
• Nerise (4/5): Overall, it was an average stay — suitable for a short visit, but fairly basic and lacking anything that really stood ou - The accommodation is in a good location, with easy access to trams and nearby convenience shopping. It’s also about a 20-minute walk to the old town, which made getting around fairly easy. The listing stated there was a washing machine, but we were not allowed to use it. The kitchen was described as well equipped and, while it was spacious, it lacked basic items such as a toaster, microwave, and even an oven dish, which made having a kitchen almost pointless. There were pots and frying pans though. The listing also said there would be a bed for our 12-year-old, but there wasn’t one provided. He ended up sleeping on the floor on top of quilts, which was far from ideal. Communication with management was okay but not particularly helpful, feeling more like automated responses than genuine assistance. It came a bit too late and said a new feature was that we could hire one. Overall, the stay was disappointing. With a bit more care, and TLC the place could be really good. A few extra items could really elevate this apartment. That and more Care from management, the place could be very nice.

Bathroom was so dirty and inconvenient. The main one didn't even have a mirror. Kitchen also dirty. The fridge very old and full with ice. We contacted the staff and the only thing they said 2 days after we messaged, was sorry. Definitely not a treasure place. They need serious renovation and staff upgrade

• Guest (4/5): alloggio messo su per sfruttare l'overtourism - Il nostro alloggio a Schweidgasse 3 è a 1 km dalla stazione Praterstern, dove c'è la linea 7 per l'aeroporto, e vicino alla fermata del 2 per arrivare al Ring. Il vecchio alloggio non è ristrutturato in tutto, dato che c'è la presa elettrica aperta nel bagno e la tavoletta del bagno che non può stare su (e quindi devi averla sulla schiena quando sei seduto o alzarla ogni volta mentre ti pulisci). Inoltre, la caldaia nel bagno la penultima sera si è bloccata e ha cominciato leggermente a gocciolare e l'assistenza tramite Whatsapp, per quanto sia stata abbastanza sollecita a rispondere di domeinca prima della festività, ha prima chiesto a me (!) se ci fosse un tasto di reset e, dopo che con la mia foto del pannello aveva saputo dirmi quali tasti usare, mi ha invitato a chiamare direttamente un numero (immagino) di un manutentore (ma c'era il nastro), dato che non sapeva dirmi se fosse rischioso l'aumento continuo della temperatura che si vedeva. Riguardo a quella sera mi devo anche lamentare dell'assistenza Booking, che, in un'ora di tentativi tra le 22 e le 23, ha risposto una sola volta, in cui è caduta pure la linea dell'operatore (ma io penso che abbia riattaccato). Infine segnalo anche l'ipotesi del mancato cambio delle lenzuola nel letto della cameretta (come potete vedere dalle foto), di cui ci siamo accorti solo alla fine del soggiorno, quando stavamo riassettando il letto prima di andar via

• Itahisa (1/5): Horrible - Nada. El propietario es un déspota. Nosotros hemos contratado por internet un apartamento con 3 camas y al llegar solo teníamos 2. Se lo hemos comunicado y no ha querido darnos solución, lo que pretendía era que pagáramos otra habitación 100€ más, cuando nosotros ya habíamos pagado por un servicio que no nos dieron. El sobre colchón manchado de sangre. La nevera sucia. El trato del dueño pésimo. Encima te estafan. Añado fotos de lo que contratamos. Y ellos solo nos han dado una cama y un sofá cama. Dos de las personas no podían dormir juntas en la misma cama y hemos tenido que poner un colchón en el suelo para que pudiesen tener cada uno su espacio. De verdad que nefasto el trato y servicio de este alojamiento.

• אברהמי (6/5): - הדירה הייתה חמה , נקיה ומסודרת במיקום מעולה ליד תחנת רכבת ואוטובוס. מה שהפריע לא יכלנו להתחבר לWIFI' שלחתי כמה פעמים הודעה במייל למאחר והוא לא ענה . הצ'אט דרך בוקינג התנתק וגם לא יכלתי ליצור איתו קשר , ניסתי להתקשר אליהם והם ניתקו אותו בגלל שצריך להתקשר מהמספר שנייד שרשום אצלם, אבל היה לי סים אחר בחו"ל ולא יכלתי . בקיצור זה ממש הרס לנו . מזל שזה היה הבעיה היחידה . אי אפשר ליצור איתם קשר !!!!!!!!!! מעצבן מאוד !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Sonia (1/5): Practical, excellent value for money, but asked me 80€ deposit they didn't refund me. - Contrary to what we had read before, the apartment was very clean and perfect for a stay — it has everything you might need. There’s a great café nearby and also a Spar supermarket, which was very convenient for doing some grocery shopping for a few days. We had breakfast at the café every morning and really enjoyed it. The house is fully equipped: hair dryer, sink, shower, towels, an upstairs bathroom with a shower and a downstairs one with a sink and toilet. It’s also very well connected to the city center — just about 100 meters away there’s a tram line that takes you straight downtown. In just two days we managed to visit the Albertina, the Prater, the National Library, the Leopold Museum, the MuseumsQuartier, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and enjoyed long walks around the city. Since we visited at the end of Halloween, we were lucky enough to see the Christmas lights being switched on — such a magical moment! It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna. Everything was easy to arrange, and the host was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa per un problema molto serio. Dopo la prenotazione su Booking ho ricevuto un messaggio che mi indirizzava a un altro sito, dove mi è stato richiesto un deposito di 79€. Al termine del soggiorno il deposito non mi è stato restituito, nonostante abbia rispettato tutte le condizioni della struttura e non ci sia stato alcun danno all’alloggio. Ho le prove di aver lasciato tutto esattamente come richiesto. Quando ho chiesto il rimborso, invece di restituire i 79€ hanno tentato di prelevarmi altri 18€ dalla carta. Ora sto già gestendo la questione. Mi ero trovata bene nell’alloggio, ma questo sistema è inaccettabile. Lascio 1 stella per questo comportamento e spero davvero che Booking intervenga.

Al llegar, la habitación de encontraba desordenada, sucia, en condiciones no deseables para alojarse. Al contactarme con la persona a cargo, dio la repuesta en un tiempo prudente, diciendo que debíamos volver en dos horas, en ese tiempo se realizo el aseo. Apartamento con poca higiene, poca luminosidad. Lo peor de todo, solicitan un deposito el cual se dice al momento de realizar la reserva, que será regresado nuevamente en los próximos 10 días hábiles de terminar la estadía. Ha pasado más de un mes y el deposito no ha sido desembolsado. Se ha intentado comunicar con el hospedaje, el cual no dan ninguna respuesta.

• Hannes (5/5): Für ein kleines Budget & eine Nacht OK - Die Lage ist gut, in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend mit genug Anbindung um in den Stadtkern zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, hat die Grundaustattung für das meiste was man braucht. Für den Preis kann man definitiv eine Nacht überleben. Wir waren zu fünft und es waren vier Betten angegeben (zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett + Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer). Realität war ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa + ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber blöd wenn wir nicht alle befreundet gewesenen wären. Die Kommunikation auf Nachrichten via booking war nicht vorhanden. Ich wurde sofort auf eine Whatsapp Nummer verwiesen in einer der vielen automatisierten Nachrichten. Auf meine Frage wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss mit den Fenstern auf die Strasse. Während unserem Aufenthalt waren gleichzeitig zwei Feiern in unserem Haus und in dem nebenan und es standen ständig Leute vor der Tür um zu rauchen. Diese haben dann zusätzlich auch noch interessiert beim Fenster reingeschaut, da die Sichtschutzfolie null Effekt hat Abends wenn das Licht im Innenraum durchscheint und die Vorhänge nicht breit genug sind und immer ein bisschen Raum sichtbar ist von aussen. Für den Fakt dass bei der Eingangstür ein sehr strikt formuliertes Regelblatt hing, hielt sich niemand anderer im Haus an auch nur eine dieser Regeln. Es wurde laut Musik gehört, im Gang telefoniert und praktisch überall geraucht. Der Boden ist aufgebogen, die Sesselleisten wirken teilweise als hätte ein wilder Hund dran gekaut, zwischen Wohnraum und Küche fehlt der Belag komplett. Das Bad war selbst auf den freien Flächen mit schwarzem Schimmel übersäht, die Ecken der Glasschutztüren sahen noch schlimmer aus. Die Badewanne war über und über mit Seifenresten und Kalkflecken, der Abfluss hat noch nie ein Putzutensil gesehen. Der Türgriff zum Schlafzimmer ist sofort auseinandergeflogen, ich habe ihn dann selber wieder angeschraubt. Die Wände zu den Fenstern haben Feuchtigkeitsschäden, die Fenster sind Service-bedürftig.

La nevera no servía, la esponja de lavaplatos super sucia y con mil usos, la cafetera partida y no servía, las toallas sucias, sopa sucia en la lavadora. Todo mal y adicional llevan mas de un mes con un deposito qur nunca me informaron que descontarían de mi tarjeta qué a la fecha no me devolvieran. Mi familia y yo solicitamos la cancelación y preferimos ir a otro hotel. Pésimo servicio.

Есть стиральная машина, хороший интернет, smart tv. Рекомендую, если хочется комфортно жить и отдыхать этот вариант отлично подойдёт! Вернулась бы ещё.

• Cristina (6/5): - El apartamento no está mal, tiene doble planta y dos baños. Cómodo y bien comunicado. Si tienes algún problema estando allí te ayudan enseguida. Me cobraron dos veces. Ellos usan otra web aparte de Booking, treasure home, cuando reservas te piden que te registres allí, te guardan la tarjeta donde te cobran la fianza, y en mi caso, otra vez el precio al completo de la reserva. Les comuniqué mi problema (lo cual me costó porque no respondían al chat de booking, y tienen varios números de los cuales solo uno me contestaba) tardé dos meses en conseguir que me devolvieran el dinero, solo tras amenazar con poner una queja/denuncia. Luego, tampoco me han devuelto la fianza, y al igual que con el otro problema me están ignorando, espero conseguir mi dinero de vuelta. A parte, cuando nosotras llegamos el piso estaba sin barrer y todo en el tendedero tendido, lo tuvimos que recoger nosotras.

Транспортний зв'язок з центром та вокзалом зручний. Ми шукали приміщення на трьох. Нажаль трете спальне місце зовсім не зручне. Тобто, квартира максимум на двох осіб. Думаю, господарю приміщення варто подбати про біль комфортні умови для відвідувачів.

When I arrived, the apartment was completely unacceptable: dirty and used bedsheets, dirty towels thrown around, bottles and trash left on the table, the apartment had not been cleaned at all. I tried to call the property twice, but the phone system disconnected automatically, and nobody responded to my messages. The apartment was impossible to use in this state. After checking other reviews, I realized this was not the first time such a situation occurred – which makes it even worse. This is a disgrace for hospitality in Vienna. I am demanding a full refund and have already opened a case with Booking.com. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the Austrian consumer protection authority (VKI) and request an investigation of the operator’s license. I am determined to pursue this, even legally if necessary. I strongly recommend all future guests to avoid this property and be very careful – what you see in the photos on Booking is not what you will get. (Photos attached as proof.)
• Klaudia Maciaszek (1/5): Nie polecam, brudno - Nic Brudno. Właściciele pobierają 89€ zadatku, który ma być zwrócony do 10 dni, a w rzeczywistości nie oddają w ogóle.. Bardzo brudna lazienka, spleśniałe fugi, a dywaniki łazienkowe były w okropnym stanie. W salonie na wejsciu przywitala nas rozstawiona suszarka z praniem, na podlodze oleiste czarne plamy, które sie rozmazywały. Kuchenka bardzo brudna. Zmywarki nawet nie otworzylismy do konca bo bardzo śmierdziała. Brak zasłon na górze, nie da sie spać podczas upałów. W tej cenie z pewnością mozna znaleźć cos lepszego.

• Osowski (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum. Ok 500 metrów od obiektu parking za 8 euro na cały dzień. Trzeba się rejestrować u nich przez ich linka. I tam trzeba podać dokument tożsamości i kartę bankową. Następnie pobierają nie informując mnie dodatkową opłatę na depozyt w kwocie 59 euro. A pisali że pobiorą tylko 0.99 centów celem autoryzacji karty. Od wymeldowania po 10 dniach ta kwota powinna wrócić na rachunek, ale nie wróciła. Zgłosiłem sprawę do Booking i po ich interwencji obiekt oddał mi tą kwotę.

Dotazione cucina non adeguata a normali esigenze (macchina caffè non funzionante, pentole non adeguate, piano cottura e forno sporchi e non utilizzabili senza previa pulizia). Il campanello suona ad orari di riposo (23:30 e 6:55) in quanto é utilizzato da altri appartamenti per apertura portone di ingresso. Tende alle finestre non sempre complete e con assenza di oscuranti (necessaria maschera per evitare sveglia all'alba). Alcuni dettagli di pulizia non erano in linea con gli standard (es. pavimenti bagni e doccia).
• Alessia (4/5): Non lo consiglierei - La posizione molto comoda e gli spazi grandi L’host non è stato disponibile quando abbiamo richiesto il suo aiuto per la presenza di uno stendino in casa con asciugamani e lenzuola che non si capiva se erano puliti o meno, il letto era sporco con capelli e macchie di sangue, grandi quantità di polvere nella struttura. Gli spazi molto grandi erano arredati in una maniera basica / essenziale. Era impossibile fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno per la mancanza di tenda / vetro.

• Lilla (1/5): Disappointed and we will never book that Place again. - Although the cleaning lady didn’t speak German, she was still very nice and obliging. In the bathroom, there is black mold in the grout between the tiles and on the wall above the bathtub. In addition, the ventilation in the bathroom is not working, which is probably the reason why mold has formed there. When we arrived, there were no dishes available because everything was dirty in the dishwasher. We also tried to turn it on, but it didn’t work.
• Illia (7/5): Do nocowania przy długich trasach, tak jak my mieliśmy, całkiem spoko. - Duży przestronny apartament, nie daleko centrum miasta, dla dużej podróżującej rodziny w sam raz na jedną noc. Niestety nie działał domofon, ale udało się skontaktować z gospodarzem który podał inne rozwiązanie problemu. Apartament mógłby być bardziej wysprzątany, ale nie narzekam aż tak mocno :)
• Christian (1/5): - Ich habe für meine Familie ein Wochenende bei Treasure Home gebucht, leider war es mal schwierig, die Unterkunft zu finden und als wir die Tür aufsperren, stand da nur ein Bett???? ich habe aber für 4 Personen gebucht.... da ich meinen Kindern das versprochene Wochenende nicht verderben wollte, musste ich in ein Hotel ziehen. Booking will mich mit einem 50 Euro Gutschein besänftigen und von Treasure Home habe ich nach ein paar Nachrichten nichts mehr gehört, Fazit: Ich werde nie wieder hier etwas buchen und mein Geld sehe ich auch nicht mehr...

• Luigi (8/5): A functional and very well located apartment - The location and the size of the apartment. the lack of blackout curtains in the rooms.
• Patrycja (9/5): Great place to stay in Vienna if you don’t want to spend millions on hotels - The apartament was really clean and spacious. There were fresh towels, some shampoo and shower gel which was a nice surprise. We were there in December, but there wasn’t cold. The owner was kind and asked if everything was okey. We could also use the tea left in the kitchen. The tram stop to the centre was 500m from the apartment. Neighbourhood was calm and quiet. There were only small mirrors, so we couldn’t really look at ourselves before going out.

• Giuseppe (3/5): Poor - Very big and spacious We found 4 people in our house when we tried to check in at 16.30, 1 hour and 30 minutes after 15.00 which is the soonest you can check in. When we knocked the door, these girls threw us out, we were panicking, we starter calling the owner with the multiple numbers she gave us, but she would never answer, and when she did, she was very vague and lousy, after 1 hour the cleaning lady arrived and she tried to talk with the people inside, but she could not even speak english, and could not explain to us what was happening, we stood outside the apartment from 16.30 to 19.00, then the situation resolved( we still don’t know what happened), so we lost our first day in the city like this
• Andrea (10/5): Very spacious apartment - Very spacious place with every thing you need for a good stay.
• Natalia (7/5): If you manage to stay somewhere else. Go ahead! - The apartment was very nice and big. The cleaning lady was so nice The host told me I can find the key under the mat and it wasn’t there; it means he wasn’t aware about our stay and details. Besides, we went out and then, find the washing machine working, it means, someone was there without our permission. Finally, the host was asking all the time about what time we were leaving, like he was kicking us out, as we didn’t know the checkout hour; off course, he kept saying the check in was at 15:00, like we didn’t understand. AND, the most important thing, at 4:30 in the morning we heard noise from the neighbors (really annoying, disturbing, and uncomfortable( without mention we felt insecure)
• Olga (7/5): Good - Position. The host was quite available. You can find coffee, tea, equipment for cooking, shampoo. Small details were pretty much good. A bit noice from water heater. It’s in common use with other guests, so you hear when it’s on even when you don’t use it.
• Ema (10/5): Great place for money - It was modern, clean and spacious. We didn't know at first that there is a second floor and bathroom which was amazing considering it was 6 of us. The apartment is close to Praternstern and a tram station was nearby
