Céline (6/5): - schöne Zimmer, sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-In Unklarheiten bez. Parkplatz, ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen. Zusätzliche Parkkarte für 15fr. erhältlich. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel hätte ich vom Morgenessen etwas mehr erwartet.
Marianne (6/5): Praktisch, zweckmässig - Zentrale Lage Im Bad war die Sauberkeit mässig. Es hatte noch lange Haare vom Vorgänger beim Lavabo und in der Badewanne. Das Zimmer war muffig beim Bezug. Im EG roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch im Innenbereich und zum Teil auch auf dem Gang. Den beschriebenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer war auch nicht vorhanden. Bequemes sauberes Bett.

Bungert (7/5): - Self Check ins sind für uns Ältere doch etwas umständlich, aber uns wurde von der Dame an der Rezeption sehr geholfen Der Platz zwischen Bett und dem "Schreibtisch" zu eng. Vielleicht sollten wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch ein größeres Zimmer bestellen. 15 Quadratmeter sind wirklich zu klein und leider keine Dusche
Nina (6/5): Frustrating at start. - The location close to the old city centre of Baden was excellent and the double room was comfortable. The self check-in for two rooms via their app was very confusing and very clumsy to use. The booking and room numbers were challenging to find. Where to park in the car park below the hotel was also not clear and the price (30 CHF a day) was high. It was rather unnerving that there was no personnel to ask except for the lady in the bar/cafeteria.

Sase Kazak (5/5): - Good location, online check in, no towels upon arrival, there doesn't seem to be a ventilation or HVAC in the room, breakfast is very basic at the best, price is high and does not deliver. Shower gel was not added during my stay and it was empty. The toilet is not organized well, there is no where to place your hand towel. There does not seem to be a drain in the toilet so if you are not careful prepare for a flood. There are much better options in Baden

Sandra (5/5): Ok für 1 Nacht - Die praktische Lage, das Zimmer an sich war einfsch aber schön und gross genug mit angenehmen Bad und Seife und Lotion. Dass es keine Personen mehr dort hat. Keine Reception, niemand wirklich anwesend beim Feühstück. Und das Restsurant im EG sieht nicht unbedingt ansprechend aus.

Manuel (6/5): Hotel well located in Baden without a human touch - Good location in the middle of the town of Baden. Rooms are good and renovated with modern windows. Bathroom needs some improvements in lighting and shower Self-service. No human touch. No room service. Automatic light sensors in bathroom. Cannot switch of light during the night. For a self service hotel to expensive. We asked and booked a baby bed for our three months old baby. Delivered the bed without a mattress. After four calls, service people acknowledged that they cannot deliver as requested.

Fiorenza (2/5): Würde ich nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. - Das Frühstück war an sich gut aber das Buffet war eher leer. Wir mussten jeden Tag die Buffetdame darauf hinweisen es aufzufüllen. Da besteht noch die möglichkeit zur besseren Schulung. Das Self Check in ist sehr umständlich und eher etwas für billige Hotels. Von einem 4 Sternhotel erwarte ich mindistens Stundenweise eine Angestellte vor Ort, auch um zum Beispiel die City Card zu erwerben die man nach 2 Nächten im Hotel üblicherweise bekommt. Aber von Personla wusste leider keiner Bescheid. Wir hatte Pech mit dem gebuchten Zimmer da die Heizung einen unangenehmen Ton von sich gab den keiner beheben konnte. Das Personal konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen und die Hotline hat ewig nicht abgenommen. Das ist ein schlechter Service auch für Ausländische Gäste. Auch ist nirgens eine Notfallnummer zu finden Arzt oder Sanität. Auch war auf dem Gang ein Geläuf weil Menschen über den Hauseingang zugang zum Hotel finden. Dass die ganze Korrespondenz über Online läuft. Wir waren Offline unterwegs und hatten kein zugang zu Internet weil wir keine Geräte besitzen.

Nic (8/5): Unkompliziertes Hotel an guter Lage - sauberes und zweckmässiges Zimmer - Sehr sauberes, zweckmässiges Zimmer; mit allem ausgerüstet, was es braucht. Gute Lage zur Altstadt, unkompliziert und mit praktischem Parkhaus (kostenpflichtig). Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Micky (8/5): Very good - Access to Baden train station is 5 min walk - could go through the pedestrian tunnel-paths, and almost without getting wet on rainy days. Wifi worked no problem. The room I stayed (Single Delux) was simple decor but modern, expect the bathroom which was rather small and a bit run-down. From the Booking.com rate I expected much worse, but overall it was fairly decent and cost effective for few nights business stay. I would score here something between 7 to 8. The building facilities (elevator, hallways, carpets, door frame, etc) do look and smell run-down, and some updates would be nice.
