• carla antonella (3/5): Caro por lo que es, no volvería - La ubicación El sofá cama era pésimo, era un sillon, no tenía cama, además de que no estaba listo para usar, se nos complicó mucho poder dormir en el apartamento. La escalera es súper empinada y no tiene de donde agarrarse. En la noche hacían un ruido muy fuerte las lámparas, tanto en el piso de arriba como de abajo, nos dio miedo. El televisor no funcionaba. La ducha estaba tapada desde antes de bañarnos. Tiene detalles estéticos que no están buenos por el precio (ej. la mesa está desgastada).

• Paulina (10/5): An amazing place to stay in the heart of Florence! - We had an amazing stay! We absolutely loved the location. The building was beautiful and has elevator. The design of the apartment is very modern and functional. It was a big plus that we had two bathrooms. Everything was perfect and we really recommend it! :)

We've done a contactless check in but the communication was perfect and the owners responded and answered all of our questions and requests immediately! We definitely gonna choose it again when we revisit Florence!

• Peter (7/5): Steps a problem, location not. - Great location, you could get to all the major sites walking and the restaurant downstairs is perfect for most meals. The Central Market is not far and wonderful for ready meals too. Easy to find and get into. Very steep steps between the floors of the duplex were rather dangerous without a hand rail, and indeed I fell down the last few steps, thankfully without injury. No personal contact with landlord. No electric or other kettle. Bed rather small.

You are on the street where you could see the Duomo and get there in 2 min. In the same street, you have Carrefour, great gelato shop and other tourist shops and I could go on and on… The apartment is a good size for a family of four, kitchen has everything you need for cooking and air conditioning provided upstairs and downstairs with washing machine. A very helpful host that responds quickly through WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place and would use it again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at your place. Nothing I didn’t like.

Kitchen was not equipped with much so did not use. No basics like tea, coffee, oil etc. looked like the items left were left over from other travellers.

Fully equipped kitchen, great living area, modern style, large rooms, great bathrooms and showers. Staircase could be improved with addition of hand rails.

The location was ideal for visiting the tourist attractions around the city centre e.g. Cathedral, Duomo, Galleria d' Academia etc. Surrounding area had many good restaurants, perfect location. The duvet cover could be updated as it was a bit worn and it would be useful to have some mugs for tea/hot chocolate, as there were only small coffee espresso cups available.

• Barbara (5/5): Good location, disorganized owner. Friendly house cleaners. We met them. - Location was 2 short blocks from the Duomo. Keys in the lockbox-easy. Both bathrooms are downstairs, upstairs is smaller than in pictures, but fine. The sofa bed was just fine for my 4 nights. Washing machine has a dryer setting! Direction booklet was conveniently on top of the washer. Espresso machine and wi-fi were nice. I got to try a rain shower showerhead. (...nope) The lift was broken on arrival. It was fixed later that day, but not until after we carried all of our bags up to the third floor. Used booking.com. Received an email from them to confirm specific time of arrival, so I said 4pm. Booking.com responded saying we confirmed that your owner can accommodate that time (check in is 3pm). Owner claimed we were to arrive at 6pm when I texted him that house cleaners were there when we got there and took 30 more minutes to finish. (awkward) They felt rushed and missed a few things understandably. Horrible smelling food was left in the refrigerator and it smelled the whole 4 days. (yes, we threw it out right away) Owner wanted cash, but I informed him I paid through booking.com already. He said he wanted cash and if they charged me, I'd have to contact them. He would be there to pick up cash in the morning. I called Booking.com and within half an hour, they contacted him and I did not give him cash. Situation resolved. He is the only Air B&B that took city tax. All 3 others stated it was included in the price since it was not a hotel. only 36 euros, but, whatever.
