- Noah (6/5): I liked the apartment itself but disliked the check-in/out process and suggested damages fees. - The balcony was very pleasant and the kitchen was in order. The space was clean and quiet. The location was decent but not great. Going to the terminal was an easy walk down but going into the town for food or to the First required a long walk or timing with the bus. Check in/out process is inconvenient. You must go to the rental office in town which is a 15-20 minute walk uphill to get the key and drop it off, which is annoying if you have luggage; there is a bus but not in the early mornings or evenings. This is especially inconvenient since the terminal station is much closer (5 minute walk via the walking path shortcut) to the apartment than the Grindelwald station where the office is close to. We also had to bring our recycling up to the same location before we checked out.
The apartment is clean and orderly but I did not feel relaxed during my stay. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place. The proposed damages for everything gave me anxiety for my entire stay, which is not what renting a place for a holiday is meant to be. The quoted cost for a lost key was an absurd 1000 CFH so I thought about that while I was doing day trips. In the bathroom right above the toilet was a proposed cost of 50000 CFH for water damage. Seeing this sign to start and end everyday was stressful and made me hyper cautious. I’ve never damaged anything while renting but all these reminders of how much money I can lose just stressed me out when I wanted to relax on vacation. There were other quoted damages for leaving windows open etc in the thousands of CFH. The signs did work from the owners perspective because I was hyper cautious.

- Tanathep (10/5): It is insanely good and we recommend it to everyone to stay here if you want an amazing place to stay at. - The house was very big, the parking spots were good and the house was insanely clean. The view was also really nice and there was all the equipment ready for us to use, the place was also close to the center plus the heaters were very good and there was a lift so we didn't need to carry our bags. Overall, the house was amazing nothing

- Antonio (7/5): Home away from home: St louis Missouri USA guest in Apt St Louis Grindelwald. - Apt St. Louis in Grindelwald exceeded our expectations with its convenient location near the train terminal for attractions like JUNGFRAUJOCH, Interlaken Ost, and Mountain First, offering breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps as a backdrop, and impressing us with its impeccable room cleanliness. Despite its many positives, there were several drawbacks at Apt St. Louis in Grindelwald. The distant location of the check-in office posed a challenge for foreign guests who were advised against renting a car, as the walk was tiring and there were limited transportation options after 5:30 PM. The absence of Uber made it difficult to arrange convenient rides. The office should have the courtesy to call for a taxi. During check-out, it resulted in the need for pre-booking taxi to return the key to the office and without carrying heavy luggage ourselves.
Except for the disappointing check-in and check-out, our stay could have been a superb experience.
By the way, trash removal is your responsibility.

- Ritu (8/5): Beautiful Views of Eiger - Amazing views of the snow capped mountains from the terrace. The house is very nice and perfect for our family of four. Cute and homely feel to the house, made us feel at home. Hot water for shower got over because of overnight heating and limited hot water. The staff was helpful in helping us manually switch on heating so we could get hot water after a couple of hours. The property management needs a lot of cleaning to be done before checkout and the checkout timing is super early so it was quite a hassle to clean up the house and checkout by 9.45am.
