The location of laundry is not straigtforward and not accurate in the google map. Already pissed off. Luckily the mall’s security guard was very helpful and explained better on the location of laundry, how to get key, how to find parking etc. To admin, Please rephrase your instructions to make it better to understand.
2. When reach at the laundry, i couldn’t find the person in charge to give key. He did not answer whatsapp and phone calls, turned out he was there from beginning but busy playing games! Not attentive to customers at all. Already pissed no 2.
3. Pissed no 3, we cudnt use the smart card on elevator so unable to go to the unit level. I had to walk up to the laundry again to ask the guy in charge on why the card didnt work on elevator. He leisurely told.. ‘oo you used bomba lift, you should use commercial lift’.. how on earth wud i know there’s another lift to use to go up to the unit. You should include this information in the instructions or the guy incharge can prevent the hassles from happening if he was more attentive in telling which lift to use when i take the key before that!
4. Pissed no 4, the smart door was not so smart, sensor not working well, need some maintenance.
5. Pissed no 5, we took long time to enter the unit due to the poor smart door response to smart card. Tried to communicate with the admin trough whatsapp but there got poor connection and the space there so confined and stuffy. I cant imagine the experience was so stressful and tiring!!
6. Pissed no 6, even the unit looked clean..the bedding smells awful.
7. The whole process of getting into the unit was so tiring, i wasnt able to get a good sleep at nite especially when the bedding smells like that.
My mistake was i didnt read reviews before i book this unit. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay here unless they improve.

I recently booked a 3-bedroom apartment through QQ Enterprise via Booking.com, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in, I was shocked to find the apartment in a poor and unclean condition. There was rubbish on the floor, dirty plates in the sink, towels scattered around, and two of the three rooms were clearly used. The floor was cold, and I initially thought it was a thoughtful touch, but upon further inspection, it was clear the apartment had not been properly cleaned.
I immediately contacted the service provider, but received no response. After an hour of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke with a staff member who showed little concern. They initially offered to move me to a smaller 1-bedroom apartment, which was not suitable for my group of 6. After explaining this, I requested clean towels instead, and they claimed the apartment had been cleaned and even mentioned a break-in. However, I noticed a fresh packet of rice in the apartment, which made me skeptical about their explanation.
Eventually, I agreed to be moved to another apartment—a 4-bedroom unit—but was told they would lock one of the rooms to secure their valuables. This situation was far from ideal, but I just wanted to settle into a clean and functional space. The lady handling the issue was professional and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated.
However, the problems continued when we tried to check out. The instructions for exiting the car park were unclear, and once again, I couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. After waiting for 15 minutes, we were told by the manager to park elsewhere, walk to the laundry, take a card, tap out, and then re-enter with our T&G to exit. This process was unnecessarily complicated. After all of this, when we attempted to exit, we were told the season parking had expired, despite it only being 9 AM. We had to walk back, find the top-up counter, and pay an additional RM6.

The apartment was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. All the air conditioners worked flawlessly, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment throughout my stay. The bed and other amenities were also spotless and well-maintained.
Honestly, staying here felt like being in a showroom apartment – everything was in perfect order and beautifully arranged. The attention to detail in maintaining the apartment is truly commendable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay. Had a minor hiccup during check-in. Initially, was supposed to stay on the 23rd floor, but due to a mess left by the previous guest, I was moved to the 8th floor. Although I was looking forward to the high-level apartment with a sea view, the change was communicated and resolved before my arrival, which was appreciated.
Upon checking in, encountered an issue with the access card, which didn’t allow me to enter the apartment itself. However, the host promptly addressed this by providing a passcode for the apartment door, ensuring the access card could still be used for entering the building. This minor inconvenience was efficiently resolved within 10 minutes, demonstrating the host's responsiveness and dedication to ensuring a smooth stay.

The picture looks good but, the carpet was dirty, sofa was old and in bad shape. Tv only had YouTube. No microwave, no iron or ironing board. Shower pipe was leaking. Requested 200rm deposit and also very strict on check in and out timing. Charged 30rm per hour. After 3pm have to pay full day charge. Also not wheel chair friendly as there were many raised steps.

There's a stove with gas, but no pot/pan. It's difficult for me to heat up my food. I had to use the oven instead by using the oven tray to do so. And me and my partner had to wear our clothes and scarf with wrinkles on. Since there's no iron. Maybe because we have a late night check in, the traffic was not good, and the staff forgot to give another card (for parking), which makes us have to reverse (while other people are queuing to enter the basement), and park on the side. And my partner had to walk to reach the staff to get another card. It would cause more time if we use our car due to the traffic.
- Patrick (3/5): So please be be advised of the many difficulties involved of renting this condo compared with staying in a hotel. - Close proximity to CIQ, restaurants and malls. Waited 45 minutes from arrival at condo to the time of collection of entry cards to unit and Carpark due to complexity of slow response and absence of attending staff. Wanted to cancel the non cancellable booking the rental of the unit.
Finding the carpark took 30 minutes of driving around in the different floors of carpark to locate the allocated carpark lot. It was like going around in a maze with medium to high level of difficulties due to insufficient signage in the carpark. It would have very helpful if a simple map was given showing where the lot was located and how to get to the lot.
After checking out of the unit and exiting the carpark gantry and having returned the card keys, realized all too late that there were another barriers of carpark gantry that need the carpark card to allow car to exit. This condo is co-located with shops and a mall that has its own parking gantry adding to the complexities of the systems of parking cars.
Trapped within the condo and mall premises, it took 60 minutes to locate and alert the non physical present staff to retrieve back the Carpark card to finally exit the condo premises with the Carpark card.
No advice was given by staff of any of the complexities involved with condo and exiting the premises with a car.
It would have been very helpful if the staff were to inform future renter.
- Rayden (1/5): I wasn’t even able to stay and wasn’t able to get a refund - Nothing. I wasn’t able to even check in because I wasn’t provided with a code to enter the air bnb. When they finally help me unlock the door with the code they told me I could only stay until 12 pm because is already the next day as if I was at fault to not being able to enter. Then wouldn’t allow me to get a refund and the manager pushed it towards his or her agents to settle my problem which was very wrong. While the agents is incredibly slow with replies. I recommend not to book from them. Their services were terrible. Only the cleaner would help me unlock the door was very understanding. However the people with power didn’t bother handling the situation.
