• Mariia (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment . Everything was wonderful — it was warm, cozy, and felt just like home. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the very first moment. I especially liked the location, which was very convenient. After a long day of skiing, it was such a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool — it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

• Kerstin (9/5): - Schöne lichtdurchflutete, stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick in die Berge; Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht; besonders angenehm: die tägliche Schwimmbadbenutzung; Strassengeräusche der Talstraße aufgrund der Schallschutzfenster im geschlossenen Zustand nicht hörbar. Kommunikation über Mail und WhatsApp sehr gut. Informationsmaterial zu allen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer vorhanden. Parkplatz war immer vorhanden. Nichts

• Solong (8/5): Apartment in einem Apartmenthaus - Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Apartment, das sich etwas oberhalb der Ortsmitte von Bad Reichenhall in einem relativ großen Apartmenthaus befindet und einen Balkon hat. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter fand ausschließlich über die Ferne statt (Telefon, E-Mail, SMS) und hat gut funktioniert. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt: Die Treppen am Hang runter, dann die Straße ein paar Meter nach oben, anschließend rechts den Fußweg nach unten. Ohne feste Schuhe würden wir den Weg jedoch nicht gehen. Nachts ist eine Taschenlampe erforderlich. Unten kommt man an der Talstation der Predigtstuhlbahn an. Wem das zu unsicher ist, geht/fährt einfach der Straße entlang nach unten. Falls man im Apartment frühstücken möchte, empfehlen wir, sich am Tag vorher entsprechend einzudecken. An Sonn- und Feiertagen ist es schwierig, einen Bäcker zu finden, der geöffnet hat. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Wohnraum) war für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Schlafzimmer war akzeptabel, da ein bisschen eng. Das wichtigste für uns war: Alles sauber. Für uns wieder eine Option, sofern wir wieder nach Bad Reichenhall reisen möchten und sofern das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch passt. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, die wir mit dem Vermieter persönlich besprochen haben und hier keiner Erwähnung bedürfen. Alles in Ordnung!

• Christian (9/5): Sehr sauber. - Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber. Dies ist auf jeden Fall hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, unmittelbar an der Bahn zum Predigtstuhl. Gehzeit 5-10 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Stadt. Zudem ist die Sicht auf den Berg wirklich schön. Der hauseigene Pool ist super, vor allem mit Kindern. Der Preis ist schon gesalzen. Ich verstehe ja einerseits die Reisezeit im August mit der hohen Nachfrage. Aber 120 Euro pro Nacht (für zwei Personen, nicht für drei oder vier) ohne jegliche Verpflegung sind dann doch zu teuer. Trotz der guten Attribute eher nicht noch einmal.
• Anett (8/5): Sehr erholsam. - Es hat am nichts gefehlt liebevoll eingerichtet die Aussicht wunderbar. Das Schwimmbad sehr sauber. Der Fluss mit Schleuse ist sehr laut. Die Parkplätze sind leider sehr steil am Berg aber wohl nicht anders möglich.
• Annette (10/5): Alles bestens, gerne wieder! - Freundlich, ruhig, sauber, gute Ausstattung, kleiner netter Spaziergang und schon ist man im Stadtzentrum.
• Witteveen (9/5): Gewoon fantastisch!! - Wij vonden het hier geweldig! Het bed was fijn, de locatie en het uitzicht was perfect. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt en het is super schoon! Mochten wij een keer in de buurt zijn dan komen we terug Internet was matig maar dat heb je niet nodig in zo’n prachtige omgeving
• Claudia (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Das Appartement ist perfekt eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist angenehm temperiert, der Fitnessraum mit angemessenen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat hervorragend funktioniert.
• HSIAO CHING (9/5): 廚房空間使用很不錯！電梯使用上也沒問題！ - 空間很大很舒適，陽台也很舒適 位置很難找，一樓空間有點可怕，沒有員工在，但燈都關著⋯有點緊張，停車空間不太好停，整體來說也很滿，還好住的幾天都有順利停到車位～

• Richard (8/5): Very good - The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped - particularly in the kitchen, we did quite a bit of cooking. The view from the balcony was terrific. My wife enjoyed the pool very much. The flat may only be 480m from the nearest station as the crow flies, but it's a 20 minute climb on the road. Even further to the nearest shops. Not ideal if you don't have a car or if you want to go out in the evening. The balcony view may be spectacular, but so is the noise from the road in the valley. The view from inside the flat was spoilt by the filthy windows. The high bath and shower curtain combo is not the most convenient or safe in my view. My wife showered downstairs in the pool shower.

• Timo (10/5): Overnight stay was fine, with a nice view, although parking spaces were limited - Very attentive hosts! The apparent was pleasant thanks to the well-maintained and complete apartment that fully met my expectations. The cleanliness and amenities were excellent, and the beautiful view added to the experience. In addition, there was available parking, which made the stay even more comfortable. Soundproofing is not optimal, the apartment is located in a dated building. Although the noise level was more than acceptable to me, it is something to consider for future guests. Additionally, parking options are limited, meaning that finding a parking spot can sometimes be a challenge. Overall, however, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience of the stay.
• Ian (10/5): Comfortable and quiet. - Everything was wonderful. Everything was taken care of very professionally. The owners informed me how to access the apartment and made sure everything you need was available. I will definitely try and book this apartment again when I am in the area. I have nothing negative to say about my stay.
