Important Information
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours:
Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier).
Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. After 00:00 the property will charge €80.
If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. After 00:00 the property will charge 80 EUR.
If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 EUR.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- Sylvie (7/5): Mars est la période idéale pour visiter Barcelone, pas trop chaud et pas trop de monde - Emplacement pas loin du métro. Quartier vivant Sommes arrivés une heure en retard par rapport à l’estimation de départ, pour cause de retard de vol et de panne de métro. Ce retard nous a été facturé 30€ …. Une des deux chambres est sans fenêtre, pas de table de chevet, le lit touchant pratiquement les murs des deux côtés…

- Alberto (8/5): - Apartamento bem localizado, preço justo, bem organizado e limpo. Agente que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso e pontual. Boa conexao de wifi e apartamento espaçoso, com espaço para refeiçoes e mesa para trabalhar tambem. O ralo do box de banho estava entupido e alagou o banheiro enquanto eu tomava banho, o que foi extremamente desconfortavel. A propriedade enviou um encanador para consertar de maneira muito agil quando entrei em contato, mas no dia seguinte voltou a entupir. Importante verificar isso para ver se não é um problema estrutural e que possa impactar outros viajantes.

- Evaughn (10/5): FUN AMAZING FUN - I really liked the location, it was only 200m from the nearest metro station!! It was also close to a bunch of little grocery stores!! The apartment itself was really nice too! We were provided with a radiator heater, and it ended up working too good lol. I highly recommend this property if you want a good bank for your buck!!! Absolutely NOTHING! :)
