• Katherine (1/5): I would never rent from this place again or anyplace that deals with this property management company - Location was great it was comfortable Wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and had lots of trim damage .I took photos as soon as we arrived.Thank goodness I did as upon checkout they charged me 250.00 for the damage to the trim .If I had not taken the time stamped photos I would have had to pay that 250.00 as it was it took me over a week to get my money back and if it wasn’t for booking I probably would have not gotten my money back as the rental company and owner stopped communicating with me…I would not recommend renting this space unless you take photos as you walk In of everything in order to cover yourself .i believe they do this to everyone and hope they get away with it .

• Angela (10/5): Lovely, well-appointed home in quiet part of west Edmonton - New rowhome in the west of Edmonton, close to the WEM. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished and overall light, bright and welcoming atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it was more than enough space for our family of 4. The hosts have taken great care to provide a pleasant, well-appointed property that makes you feel at home. I really appreciated the availability of all the streaming services on the TV, and I also thought the provision of moisturizer in every bathroom was a thoughtful touch in the dry climate of Alberta. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available in both showers, which was really helpful- we didn't need to bring our own. Tissue boxes all over the house was also appreciated, as I have a perennial runny nose and am always reaching for a tissue! This property was similar price to a fancy hotel, yet you get SO much more so it's way better value. Everything we visited (WEM, science centre, downtown) was short no more than 15 minutes) drive away so this location was ideal for us. Nice quiet area, felt very safe. Thank you! It was also a bit hard to see the numbers on the keypad of entrance door in low light but I got used to it.

• Larry (9/5): Great stay…thank you! - The location was about 5 minutes from WEM. Loved everything about the home. Nice fireplace, TV, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Very nice! The windows were very large, which is good during the day, but blackout curtains for sleeping would have been nice.

Great place for a family to stay. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like although minor I would have liked a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep the littles from climbing up the stairs.

Quality T.V. able to use one's own subscription if you wish. To top it off the Keyless entry system was exceptionally handy! Unable to identifying which garage was the one for the unit. The garbage bins not clearly marked. Just a a bit confusing being as everything else was so meticulously outlined.
• Shawn (10/5): Comfy stay for a family of 4, quiet and way better than a hotel! I'll book it again. - Cozy end unit with a small private yard, I choose to stay here every time we visit Edmonton. The a/c is great, location and nice touches like coffee in the morning keeps us coming back. King size bed for us, bunks for the kids and the othe double bed are all super comfortable. Highly recommend this place as its nice and quiet and has suited all our needs on multiple occasions. Nothing to report.

This place is comfy and cozy. Its absolutely gorgeous inside with lots of amazing features. It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the City. It was fairly close to downtown, there is also good shopping area not too far away. Perfect weekend getaway. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. I liked everything about the property, maybe just another seat in the living room would be nice but not necessary.

• Layne (10/5): We loved our time at this beautiful quaint property and would highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay in - For the same price as a hotel room, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the extra room this beautiful property offered. Because there were three bedrooms, this allowed both couples to have their our own bedrooms, (which a hotel room with two couples would not provide), we were able to eat together around a table, (vs a bed in a hotel room), play cards while enjoying the cozy fire, and each couple had their own bathroom, (a hotel room would only have one bathroom to share). We were also able to host my sister-in-law and brother-in-law for one day/night when they drove in from Whitecourt to see us! The owners offered amazing hospitality! Some examples of this were in each full bathroom, (there are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom), the owners provided shampoo , cream rinse, soap, towels, body lotion, and a hair dryer. In the kitchen they had everything you would need to prepare food, cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, and they had coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. We took advantage of the washer and dryer and were all able to go home with clean laundry! Again…the owners provided detergent and dryer sheets! They truly thought of every last detail! I worked as a flight attendant for almost 20 years and have stayed in many hotels! This experience of staying in a larger property has changed my perspective of how I would like to travel going forward. We loved our stay and look forward to this kind of adventure in the future! I can’t think of anything negative!
