• Molitor (5/5): Zu wenig Liebe...zu unehrlich... - Die Wohnung war sehr groß. Perfekt für vier Personen. Auch der Balkon mit der Aussicht war toll und es gab genug Parkplätze. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Die Wohnung war zwar sauber , aber am Empfang und unten im Keller war alles mit den Inventar der Wohnungen zugemüllt was meine schönes Gefühl ergeben hat. Der Wohnung fehlte es an Liebe. Viele kleine Mängel die einfach behoben werden können. In der Küche fehlten auch Schüsseln, Teller etc. Hunde- Napf sowie Körbchen hatte auch gefehlt was versprochen wurde. Eine Mappe wo man alles finden kann gab es auch nicht. Das eine Sauna im Keller hinter einen Frühstücksbereich ist.... Die Sauna sollte 24 h an sein war aber genau das Gegenteil.... 24h aus. Die Waschmaschine war im Keller für alle. Die Putzfrau meinte dann noch einen vorzuschreiben wann wir sie benutzen sollten, da sie selbst waschen musste. Es gab einen lustigen Zettel an der Küche das der Esstisch und die Arbeitsplatte Echtholz ist und man nichts heißes drauf stellen soll. Sonst gibt es 500 Euro Strafe. Lustig mit wenn Topflappen, Untersetzer etc fehlen. Ich könnte weiter machen aber das ist erstmal genug. Wenn man der Wohnung mehr liebe geben würde. Ehrlich auch sein würde das es nur eine Sauna gibt und kein Spa. Dann wäre es wirklich schön. So war es das Geld nicht wert! Achtung das Spa was da gezeigt wird ist nicht die Unterkunft!!!
• MikelisC (9/5): - Property is relatively new, beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, basics needed in the kitchen was present. We did not met hosts, but on the phone was easy to reach them. Good they have ski and boots drying room, may be not superefficient, but still good enough. soap in the shower was not refilled even we have asked and toilet paper also did not arrive. Probably it is better to have your own with you. Bide is just a pipe from sink with cold water, not the real one....

• Anna (5/5): - Die Lage und die Größe. Heizung lief dauerhaft. Zimmertemperatur zwischen 25 und 27 Grad Tag und Nacht. WiFi sehr schlecht im Wohnzimmer. Sauberkeit geht so. Duschkabine defekt. Preis viel zu hoch für gegebene Leistung.
• Andreas (5/5): viel Platz - aber leider minderwertige Sauberkeit & Pflege - für 4 Personen großes Appartment mit getrennten Schlafzimmern ... viel Platz und Bewegungsraum! keine deutsche Begrüßung, lange Wartezeit beim Check-In, zweimaliges Telefonieren, die wussten nicht mal dass wir anreisen, schlechte Pflege des Appartments und des gesamten Appartement-Hauses, entsprechend minderwertige Sauberkeit (Staub, Spinnweben, diverse Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter) ... sehr schade um die grundsätzlich nett eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen
• Jessica (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft - Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war auch super freundlich und kooperativ was unsere Rückfragen anbelangt hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur jedem sehr empfehlen :)
• Lilach (7/5): - The location The apartment was very plain and lacked character. In the bathroom, a pipe was attached to the sink instead of a proper bidet. We found dirty towels from the previous guest in one of the rooms. During our stay we didn’t see any staff, and the lighting throughout the apartment was only harsh white neon.

• Evaldas (9/5): Perfect location for a stay with a family allowing to properly explore Alps - Great location - very calm and peaceful. Incredible environment around. Close to a start of Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Apartment is spacy and cosy. Perfect for stay with a family. No toilet paper, liquid soap finished immediately, bathroom sink was clogged and did not work properly.

Close to groceries • The apartment had a delayed shower repair, despite maintenance assurances. • Several improvements are suggested: adding radiator racks for drying clothes, providing a vacuum or broom, supplying bin liners and sufficient toilet paper, fixing a creaking bed, replacing the broken kettle lid, adding stops to curtain rails, providing more coat hangers and clearing wardrobe space, replacing fine notices(500 €) with coasters to protect surfaces, and improving building entryway tidiness. • The lack of a concierge hindered communication of these issues.

• Sille (7/5): Good - Nice modern kitchen and bathroom, good bed. Little light (small windows), dark rooms, there was no soap in toilet, apartment was not cosy or lovely, little bit dirty in living room, there were a wasp nest in the balcony, so be very careful!

The apartment was nice and clean in quiet neighborhood in Piesendorf. Approx 15 minutes by car from Kitzsteinhorn ski center. Great restaurant approx 10 minutes walk from the property, 500m from the the shop.
