Guest Reviews
- Elizabeth (1/5): A very stressful unacceptable experience. - I would never stay here again.
First, the key-pickup process was confusing and inconvenient. They sent different instructions by message and in a separate document, and in the end I had to collect the keys from a shop. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage, this is a real hassle.
When I finally arrived, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. Dirty sheets and mess from the previous guests were everywhere. I spent four hours trying to reach someone by phone before they admitted a cleaner wouldn’t come until the next day apparently because of a train strike. A strike is not a surprise; they had plenty of time to arrange alternative cleaning.
I was exhausted after a long trip and just needed a bed to sleep in, but there wasn’t even a clean one available. They initially promised a refund for that night, then changed it to “covering the cleaning fee,” and ultimately never sent any refund.
Overall, this was an unacceptable, disrespectful, and stressful experience. I do not recommend booking this property.
- Evgeny (4/5): Terrible check-in experience — we were left on the street the first night - The next morning, we finally managed to check in and stayed for the remaining four nights. The apartment itself was fine — warm, clean, and had everything we needed. We arrived at the property at 8:30 PM and followed the instructions to find the key — but the key was missing. We immediately tried to contact the host and support, but by 9 PM it became clear that no one was working anymore, and there would be no help that night.
So there we were — in the rain, late in the evening, with my pregnant wife — locked out with no access to the apartment we had already paid for. Since everything in London must be booked in advance, we had no choice but to stay in the only available hotel. It was dirty and two times more expensive than our original booking.
The total lack of support on the first night was deeply frustrating and absolutely unacceptable.
If you’re arriving in the evening or expect even basic reliability from the host, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
- Jackie (7/5): Good, comfortable location for a short break. - Spacious and comfortable living area.
Comfortable bed.
Great TV.
Good location, close to supermarket, cafes, restaurants and tube stations. Small bedroom, tiny bin in kitchen, needs a drying rack for dishes, front door constantly slamming.
Bed not made on arrival, stained pillows with no pillow protectors. No mattress protector ( I only know this because the bed wasn’t made). Bulb in toiled light not working. Reported but not replaced for duration of stay.
- Νikolaos (9/5): Superb - Nice, cosy, comfortable ,spacious apartment A bit noisy (slamming doors from the neighbours)
- Michelle (8/5): Would absolutely stay there again, but a few small tweaks would make the stay even more enjoyable! - Very convenient location with Earls Court Station and 2 Underground lines easily accessible. Tesco superstore and multiple stores & restaurants nearby. Comfortable accommodation with room for luggage and hanging space for clothes. Bathroom has handy built in shelves and a sink counter to accommodate toiletries etc. Nice shower pressure with a large overhead fixture and a hand held option. Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper & paper towels on hand. Some minor items - As mentioned in other reviews, a microwave would be useful and the small rubbish bin was better suited to the bathroom than the kitchen. No instructions provided regarding rubbish disposal. There were no pot holders to remove hot items from the oven and a dish drying rack would be helpful. The living room area was quite cold, but a space heater was provided. Recommend that guests carefully read the instructions and watch the videos provided regarding key retrieval.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Great location and nice comfortable flat. On arrival, I had to call the owner because the key did not have a flat number on it.
No microwave, no bin in the toilet or kitchen.
- Michael (7/5): Good - Nice modern 1 bedroom apartment Cleaner arrived at 1830!
Key in a box 100 yards away on communal gardens railings. Virtually impossible to find in the dark!!!!
- Kenyon (8/5): Great location and very comfortable - Location was very convenient to public transport and grocery shopping. Enjoyed the quirky decoration in the flat. Found the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent with great water pressure. Did not know the number of the flat and the process for gaining access took about 20 minutes as there were multiple key lock safes in the vicinity. The videos supplied for location were not clear enough. The key lock safe location was changed during our stay with no notification and I had to follow up to find where to leave the key which happened to be on the fence of a public park. There were no rubbish bins in the flat nor directions about where to dispose of rubbish.
- Mateusz (10/5): Amazing apartment, great location - Great location—close to the Metro station and bus stop, with a variety of food options nearby, including burgers, Asian cuisine, English food, and desserts. The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished, featuring a comfortable bed and beautiful large windows. The kitchen is well-equipped with a big fridge and freezer. The TV is excellent, likely around 55 inches. I would love to come back. Price was fantastic for all of this! Easily a 10/10 for me. The apartment could be a bit quieter; certain sounds from neighbors, such as walking or closing doors, easily carry through the building. While it’s not excessive, please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to minor noises.
