• Hussah (1/5): UNSAFE doors wouldn’t lock and you can gain access by just a small push on the door - Unfortunately due to the safety concerns everything lost its charm Completely unsafe The locks weren’t working and you can access the apartment by just pushing the door not to mention there was a gap in the screen where you can peep into the apartment directly I reached out to the host and they understood my concern and supported me leaving providing a full refund I after I left they backed down on their word

• Anke (1/5): Bad - Worst experience ever as the entire house is a construction site at the moment but we were not informed before Everything was covered in dust and the construction noise started at 7

• Joe (8/5): We had a great time despite the the noise from the renovations. - The place is big and bright. It is also near all the main attractions. There were renovations on going so it was noisy and dusty at times.
• Kirsten (3/5): Disappointing - Location is good, it’s also spacious. But it’s a facade for poor quality and mediocre service. The complete building was being renovated. We were only notified after checking in while it was obvious the work had been going on for weeks if not months. The work started early, it was loud and extremely dusty. Not a condition to host guests. Also the service was poor. There was not enough bedlinnen, this was only corrected the second day. We had too sleep under a duvet. Even if all these things would be managed, the quality of the apartment was not good. The kitchen was cheap and ill fitted and the bathroom showed a lot of signs of poor cleaning (orange mold). The furniture looks good on the foto’s but poor quality. So in essence, great location, beautiful space but not a lot of eye for real quality and customer satisfaction.

• Dimitrios (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, cozy and has everything that you would require for a short stay. The location is very good, close to the center. Almost most places that we visited were walkable. Although we never met the hosts in person, they responded to all of our questions very fast via the chat function of the booking app. They were polite and provided us with useful suggestions. We are very satisfied, however, the following might further improve the already top-quality service: a/ maybe the hosts could consider organizing a baggage storage service for a few hours, since checkout is a bit early, 10am, b/ maybe the hosts could consider offering late check-out options.
• Justin (9/5): Great big apartment - Giant apartment, with comfortable beds. Great location close to major landmarks. Had games in case you needed something to do along with Netflix. Kitchen was basic at best. Construction starts at around 730, but was quiet on weekends.
