• Guyot (10/5): Incroyable - Emplacement parfait, chambre très cosy et très propre. Nous avons passé trois nuits merveilleuses. L’hôte était extrêmement gentille et agréable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour Le point négatif n’était pas lié à l’établissement, mais au manque de savoir-vivre de certains hôtes qui, complètement ivres, ont essayé de rentrer dans nos chambres vers 1h du matin. De plus, il faut savoir que du matin jusqu’au soir, on entend les bateaux, les gondoliers... passer. Mais pour nous, c’est justement ce qui fait tout le charme de Venise, donc rien à redire sur l’établissement. Le voyage était parfait 🥰
• Elizabeth (3/5): Venice amazing! Accommodation extremely disappointing. - Very clean. Comfortable bed (though no blankets and cold ). Very good shower and bathroom facilities. No breakfast (I was expecting some!). Others in my group who paid less for accommodation had similar facilities plus excellent breakfast…. so Tre Sestieri very poor value. Only sheet and thin spread on bed… no blankets provided so very cold at night. Heating only accessed by QR code…. not user friendly middle of night when very cold!!! No reception… no personal contact with any staff during stay, and telephoning difficult. Room-though clean, not as luxurious as room photo on line…. So not as described.

• irene (6/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage war gut das Bad auch Die matratzen waren eine Zumutung, die an sich schöne Terrasse ist mit kaputten Möbeln bestückt und ausgesprochen lieblos ausgestattet. Venedig ist halt teuer, aber für diesen Preis gibt es wahrlich besseres.

• Catalin Nedelcu (10/5): Don't hesitate, leave here. - Very nice and quiet room. Clean too. They also have Moka maker and good quality coffee for guests. Last generation AC, quiet overnight, you can sleep with the AC on without any problems, considering the heat outside. The roof terrace was amazing, we have breakfast every morning there, the view over canals amazing, gondolas passing with their "hoy" signal giving you the local feeling, easy to reach everything, including COOP supermarket with decent prices (cheaper then other normal Italian cities). No. Everything was amazing.

• Mckayla (8/5): Good stay - The bathroom was very nice and clean, the overall feeling was clean and pleasant. Our host was very helpful.roof top deck was beautiful and had a good view The room had ants, we woke up with bug bites almost every night. It was quite loud as we where right by the canal and got woken up multiple times in the night. The rooftop deck could have used for frequent cleaning of pigeon poop.

Watching the boats from the roof terrace was particularly highlight! The host was excellent at communicating with us and also gave some good recommendations of things to do/places to eat in the area. The shared kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you want to make dinner and had a variety of coffee and teas

• Michael (10/5): We will be back and stay at the Tre Sestieri Terrace - Check-in was explained perfectly and Nicola was always available if we needed anything. This was our 5th time to Venice and the Tre Sestieri Terrace is our favorite. The roof top balcony is great escape from the crowds. We would sit up there and just watch the boats go by and relax.

Also, when we entered the hotel, the ground floor was very messy and smelly. Finally, there were no slippers in the room. There was only one shampoo left that everyone used.

• Allison (9/5): Lots of character, beautiful place. - This room was beautiful! Large space with a little balcony that opened up right onto the canal. Very convenient location in the city and the owner made sure to give us both excellent directions and plenty of food recommendations for the city! The air conditioning / fan didn't work but thankfully the weather was nice enough that we wouldn't have really needed it anyway! The trash barges were pretty loud in the morning but I suspect that would be the case with any room on the actual canals
• Marcin (9/5): We with my partner had a blissful stay at Tre Sestieri for 4 nights - The canal is a bit busy even at night but that was OK because we wanted to feel the real atmosphere of this beautiful city. We had great contact with the host Nicola, although it was only virtual contact but that was OK. The locks in the private rooms door could have been of better quality, to give guests improved feeling of security. Despite that it was totaly secure, our stuff were secure, nobody was entering the room while we were out exploring. There was no telly in the room neither in the whole apartment but that was OK, we did not missed that. The matteress in the bed on one side was sunken (in the blue room)
