- Daniel (7/5): Good location but cleanliness and comfort needs improving - Great location, only a couple of minutes away from Koiwa Station and downtown Tokyo in under 30 minutes. Good range of facilities in the apartment including washing machine, large shower, kitchenette, fast WiFi and toiletries Futon was quite uncomfortable, I had to place both of them on top of each other and even then I could feel the hard concrete floor. Cleanliness was not great, found previous residents iPhone and old pair of boxers on the shelf. If this had been cleaned thoroughly, it wouldn't have been there.

- Nicole (9/5): Superb - Very helpful staff. Quick to answer and convenient. Overall easy Check-In and comfortable room with everything one could need. The bathroom was clean and pretty big with even a washing machine. Perfect spot for a short stay.
- Oliver (6/5): Good for One, not for Two. - The futon and other facilities were actually pretty good and the building was very new and all in good nick and if it were just me staying in this room I would be happy to give a much higher review but it is categorically not a 2 person room and shouldn't really be advertised as such. The hosts replied quickly and sorted our our issues, the WIFI password printed in the room is wrong, the i should be a j if they haven't updated that but once we were on it, it was fine. This room is on the ground floor and organised in such a way that you are sleeping right next to whoever you are staying with. This might be less of an issue in Japan where personal space is much more of a luxury but for tourists you have to be very very friendly with each-other to tolerate sleeping together in such a small space (bed wise)
