- Merridee (2/5): - Not as advertised, arranged alternative accomodation as it was unsuitable, the blinds were broken leading to no privacy, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was in a dangerous part of Tuggeranong.

Nice to have a veranda , fridge and lounges. Beds were very comfortable The aircon was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get it to cool the space. The blinds are old and broken and don’t stop the street light from coming in. There was only 2 coat hangers and one was broken. The Netflix login in didn’t work. The furniture was very old and decor very outdated. The place could use an update

- Deborah (8/5): We had a nice time thank you. - The host was a great help. My free parking in a garage was great. Great location. The bedroom heater was great. Good kitchenette. We had a nice stay thank you. My bedside lamp didn't work, but minor issue. Neibours a little noisy at times, but OK later at night. Very cold few night, could do with electric blankets or through rugs.

- Lynne (5/5): Good location - Good location. right opposite major shops, cafes, restaurants, absolutely everything right at the door. very good coffee shops also right there. Well stocked with the essentials - detergent, soap, tissues, t paper etc. lots of light in the sleeping area, Greta being able to open up the doors/windows for fresh air, ceiling fans were terrific. Nice and quiet. Good up from info on building access and wi fi details etc. When I thought I’d dropped an item of clothing in the common area, host extremely helpful in helping me try to find it. Despite good info on access, and following all instructions, could not get access on arrival, numerous phone calls, texts before getting in. extremely annoying at the end of a long trip. Host apologised, but access to the apartment should be seamless. Shower was full of mould, needs a good scrum, revolting. shame because all else was quite clean. No view of the lake - and I’m pretty sure a lake view was advertised?

Norm, our host, was most helpful, he met me to hand over the keys and showed me the apartment and garage facilities. Nothing was a problem for him.
