Я была в восторге, что она оказалась лучше, чем на фото! И очень чистая, красивая! Есть все, что необходимо! Посуда, порошки, гель для душа, чай/кофе, техника вся, интернет отличный…. Отдельное спасибо за елку;) Все понравилось!

Just a heads up, parking costs in Vienna can be quite high, so it's something to keep in mind if you're traveling by car.

Our experience with this apartment was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness, management standards, and, most importantly, personal security. Upon arrival, the apartment was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with visible stains on the sofas and carpets. The kitchen was permeated by a strong, unpleasant odor that required two full days of constant ventilation to dissipate and was poorly equipped, lacking basic utensils. The overall comfort was further undermined by substandard amenities, including bed linen of noticeably low quality. The Wi-Fi signal was absent in one of the rooms. When we requested an additional pillow cover, we were informed that it was not possible to provide one. Even more troubling was the issue of access and security. The physical keys left in the apartment did not function, leaving the digital check-in link provided to us as the only means of entry. While such systems can be convenient, they require strict safeguards, which were evidently absent in this case. Anyone in possession of the link appeared able to access the apartment even after check-in, with no traceability or control, representing a serious failure of basic security standards. The situation escalated further the day before our departure, when we discovered that cash left inside the apartment was missing, amounting to several hundred euros. Although the sum itself is not the central issue, the incident was alarming enough to be reported immediately to management. The response we received was profoundly unsatisfactory. We were told that the door might not have been closed “properly” by us and were advised to secure our valuables in the future. This advice is difficult to accept, given that no functioning key was provided and the access system itself appeared fundamentally insecure. What was meant to be a magical trip ultimately became an experience marked by anxiety, unease, and a complete lack of confidence in guest safety.
• Shelley (9/5): Great winter Christmas stay for our family. - Great location and spacious. Extra effort appreciated with heating turned on and a Christmas tree. Limited kitchen utensils made it a little difficult to prepare meals.

Sono andata per visitare i mercatini di Natale che si possono raggiungere a piedi. Check in e out in autonomia ma con lo staff pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi problema. Lo consiglio e se dovessi tornare a Vienna sicuramente lo sceglierò ancora

• Mallian (9/5): The apartment is very nice and spacious, perfectly located for families. - The apartment is in a relatively quiet area, yet very close to the city center, Schottentor metro station, a large supermarket (Interspar am Schottentor), and the charming Servitengasse street. Ideal for families. The walk to the metro is especially pleasant, passing lively cafés with a young atmosphere and the beautiful Votivkirche church. The apartment itself is very spacious, with high ceilings that make it feel bright and airy. It features a small entrance hall for organizing, a wide corridor connecting the rooms, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom is particularly large and impressive, and the design is pleasant and clean, showing clear attention to detail The building seems mainly used for short-term rentals, with common areas that feel under-maintained. Inside the apartment, some fittings are loose, the shower cabin is poorly secured with a moldy seal, the kitchen had only one teaspoon, and cables near the TV are messy. In addition, the renovation didn’t feel very thorough, with details left unfinished. A focused maintenance round and finishing touches would significantly improve the experience.

• Gareth (10/5): Hidden Gem right in the heart of the city - This property is a complete hidden gem on booking.com Situated in the heart of Vienna with excellent transport links to the other parts of the city. I Cannot speak highly enough of it. The pictures do not do it justice at all, the space and size of the apartment are far bigger than the pictures show with high ceilings and neutral tasteful decor . We traveled with friends as a group of 4 and had plenty of space to relax. The facilities are great with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable after a long day exploring. Great kitchen facilities, a great lounge space and plenty of seating to relax, or space to dine if you need it. We cooked breakfast before we went out for the day and had all the facilities we needed. There even a washer if you need it. The bedrooms are well equipped and the mattresses comfy with great bedding. Plenty of storage space to unpack and hang your clothes. The building itself is in great part of town close to the underground stop at shottentor a 3-5 min walk away which made it really easy to get around Vienna. The apartment is top floor with a lift for access. The area felt very safe and peaceful with some great views from the end of the street. The hosts were great, very informatively and helpful checking in with us once we arrived and throughout our stay for anything we needed and making sure we were happy. This made our stay super smooth and easy. What a wonderful apartment you run and what a bargain price for the comfort and space your apartment affords customers. If we return to Vienna we will definitely use you again.
