Neal (6/5): - Location is good as in a main street, in a safe area and not far from the tram / bus stop and a Rewe supermarket few minutes walk away. Apartment is relatively big (though no living room). Master bedroom is of quite big size and so, suitable for a family of four. What's great was having a washing machine and dryer inside the apartmemt. That was very practical compared to some other apartments where one had to go into the basement for the washing machine. There were no curtains in the bathroom/toilet outside window, as well as in one of the windows of the master bedroom, meaning it was visible to other apartments from outside! Took a couple of days before owner sent someone who stuck a black plastic on it. Almost no cooking utensils if you plan to cook meals, though owner sent a few items a few days later. Internet was very unreliable during our stay and almost no internet for 4 days. This was a very big inconvenience to me, as I had to work remotely some days, but then could not due to this. Cleanliness could have been better. Oven is quite dirty. For a one week stay for a family of four, there was a used almost finished one roll of paper toilet + a totally used soap! No plastic bags for trash provided. Some of the amenities mentioned on Booking.com are not available, such as Dishwasher, iron and ironing facilities. It's those small things that make a big difference.. It would have been a much better stay if attention was paid to such details.
