• Évi (10/5): Modern, tiszta, tökéletes - Ez egy fantasztikus apartman. Modern, tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt. A szállásadó olyan részletesen leírta nekünk a bejutást, és a parkolóhelyünket, hogy hihetetlen. Az apartmanban csodálatos terasz van körben, fantasztikus a kilátás és csendes. Bár a vonatot néha hallottuk, de éjszaka egyáltalán nem volt zavaró, nagyon jól tudtunk pihenni. Minden funkcionális volt, sok új technológiával és nagyon jól berendezett. Példaértékű a tisztaság a szálláson, és jó illat terjengett. A közelben bolt, benzinkút és étterem található. Azonnal idekötöznénk, annyira tetszett nekünk. A hihetetlenül részletes, alapos leírás ellenére is picit nehezen jutottunk be, de végül megoldottuk. Érdemes többször elolvasni a leírást. Lehet ez a fordítás miatt is volt nehézkesebb számunkra.

• Someone (5/5): - nice led lights i guess, looks fancy i was expecting superior cleaniness considering booking rated it 9.7. But apartment was pretty dirty. One of the beds was not made when we came, and it looked really dirty (gready stains, hairs). Also towels were dirty, they had hairs on them. Clean apartment is what i value above all in apartments, which is why i chose this aparment. But when i arrived we realized, it wasn't as clean as promised.

• Valeriy (10/5): Все было отлично!!! - Хорошая и чистая квартира в стиле хай-тек, с большой терассой. Понравилось абсолютно все. Хозяин прислал очень подробную инструкцию с фотографиями как добраться.припарковать машину на подземной парковке и попасть в квартиру. У нас остались приятные воспоминания о нашей ночевке в Граце.

Die Verliebtheit zum Detail, insbesondere bei den Lichtspielereien empfinden wir als besonders gelungen. Der riesige Balkon und das Mobiliar haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Betten waren uns zu weich. Aber das ist natürlich eine individuelle Wahrnehmung. Gewünscht hätten wir uns auch eine zweite Toilette. Außer dieser Wünsche haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Parking instructions were very clear and communication with owner quick. We appreciated a coffee maker with coffee beans which is by far no standard thing, even though it should be. There was an unpleasant buzzing in the bigger bedroom, probably Wifi, it would be good to move it someplace else.

We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful.
