• Darren (1/5): Bare minimum, without pride of ownership or charm. - The location was fairly convenient. The hot water and water pressure in the shower were good. There was a large, working fridge and freezer. The WiFi was strong. It was easy to enter the building and the unit. The previous reviews and scores that we used to select this place were very misleading. Does the owner even care about this property? There is zero evidence that they do. There were a number of issues. The bedrooms: the first thing I did was pull back the covers and check to see if the sheets were clean and there were no signs of bedbugs, because it looked uninviting and sketchy, like a second-rate stay. My initial reaction at testing the mattresses was very disappointing. The mattresses and pillows were extremely soft, there weren’t additional blankets for the beds, and it’s a partial wall separating the bedrooms, so sounds and light are easily shared. There is no privacy. The kitchen: It was gross and I hand washed everything before we used it because the dishwasher didn’t work, the cupboards had a sticky substance on them, making it challenging to open them, the glasses and mugs were all mismatched and not in a kitschy kind of way, and there was no coffee maker, only a keurig with pods. Some might like that. Bring your own bath towels, as the mismatched ones were small and scratchy. At approximately 6 am this morning, we were abruptly wakened by loud male voices in the hallway and someone pounding on our neighbour’s door. We felt unsafe and we decided to pack up and check out at that point. When we left the building a short time thereafter, we saw that someone had smashed the glass entry door and there were many police cars.
• Djwon (10/5): A wonderful experience in a good location - Nice sized, clean apartment, exactly as advertised. Good communication by the host before & throughout the stay. Good supply of amenities. Nothing in particular.

• Jonathan (10/5): Nice, clean, comfortable apartment on St. Laurent - The location is great, on St. Laurent, close to great restaurants. The Metro/buses are pretty close too. The apartment has two bedrooms, a shower/tub bathroom and a nice kitchen. Heating of course... a TV & Wi-Fi. The shower was always nice and hot. The kitchen had everything, including a Keurig coffee maker with some pods and microwave.. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator... This made a bit challenging when we first arrived with pretty heavy luggage.
