Check google reviews for accurate score. Cigarette smoke too often in stairwell. photos provided not of a specific apartment. • MARY ELIZABETH (8/5): - The apartment was really big The communication before we arrived was very limited and confusing, telling us that the apartment and location we had booked was unavailable only a day before we were due to arrive. The messages were confusing, unclear and disappointing. There were no instructions on how to check in and upon arrival we waited for quite some time just on the side of the alleyway unsure if we were in the right place and not knowing what to do. Eventually someone arrived and took our money and gave us a key, didn't explain anything or really say much. It was very strange. But the apartment was fine.

• Akifumi (1/5): 最悪 - 予約した部屋と違う部屋に案内された。写真と違うし部屋もかなり狭い。バスタブも無い、住所も違う。話を聞くとシステムエラーだと言う。翌日、予約した部屋に移動をお願いすると、いろいろと言い訳をして誤魔化そうとする。長い話し合いの末、実は他の客に売ってしまったと白状した。こちらが気付かなければ、嘘で誤魔化そうとする商売は信用を失う。翌日、予約した部屋とは違う部屋に移動すると、突然、連絡があり、部屋に居なければ、他の客に私の部屋を見せたいと言う。防犯上やプライバシーの問題から断ると、機嫌悪く電話を切られた。常識が通じない？

Just far enough out of the bush tourist area. Nice and peaceful but still close to food and coffee shops and even has a washing machine and dryer! The aircon needs re gassing I think, so the heater wasn’t great but still worked slightly.

• Henitsoa (7/5): Good - We appreciate that they made sure someone was there for the check-in as we arrived late in the evening and we also needed to pay the property by cash upon arrival but they allowed us to pay later as we didn't hold cash. Pictures are accurate, place is clean, bed is comfortable We communicated on WhatsApp but the contact person was not very responsive. Be aware that there is a construction work next the apartment starting at 7.30am everyday and it can be very noisy. In addition, bathroom area can be seen by the workers from the outside as there is no curtain which can be very annoying. We wanted to change room since the morning we arrived but contact person only advise for a change close to the check-out day. Apartment location is not easy to find.

• Mark (10/5): Clean, comfortable apartment in Hanoi - Lovely, modern and very clean. The apartment is located just outside the main area you want to go as a tourist but easy enough with grab. Very comfortable and spacious with new TVs, kitchen and washing machine. We actually requested to stay another night as we were enjoying Hanoi that much and it wasn't a problem so big thank you for that! Only thing I could suggest would be to add a curtains in the toilet. One for the water as it splashes out and the other for the window.

The owner was very helpful and allowed me to book for another night. It’s just a small inconvenient, as there is no proper receptionist. It’s more like a AirBnB rather than a hotel. I had to wait 15 minutes to check-out. As for check-in, I just waited very few minutes.

The area was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Check-in was a bit chaotic. No one was at the property to meet us for check-in so we had to message and call the person in charge to eventually have someone let us in.

It is very private and a quiet place to stay and relax. The room is as seen in the photos. I didn't like the fact that there was no blender or grinder in the kitchen to assist with cooking. I also didn't like the fact that there was no iron in my room, and I had to request it. Even with that, the cleaner still came for it.
