Dario (8/5): - Sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon, Flachbildschirm, Küchenzeile, Tisch und Stühle und Bad. Einmal Umfallen und schon ist man bei der Uni 1,4 km 25 Fuß-Minuten zum Bahnhof/Zentrum Betten sehr schmal Zimmer teuer für die Größe.

Gregor (5/5): mittelmässig - wenig Meinem Eindruck nach handelt es sich um sehr einfach ausgestattete Studentenwohnungen, bei denen die Wirtschaftlichkeit klar im Vordergrund steht. Die Lage ist durchschnittlich, was in einer Kleinstadt wie Passau wenig Besonderes darstellt. Die Duschkabine ist äußerst klein; der zu lange Duschvorhang beeinträchtigt den Wasserabfluss, sodass sich bereits nach kurzer Zeit Wasser im Duschbereich sammelt. Der Duschkopf ließ sich während meines Aufenthalts nicht fixieren und musste in der Hand gehalten werden. In Relation zum geforderten Preis empfinde ich das Angebot als nicht angemessen. Nach meiner Kenntnis gibt es in Passau zahlreiche deutlich besser ausgestattete Alternativen. Als gebürtiger Passauer kann ich dies entsprechend einordnen. Für sehr geringe Ansprüche möglicherweise akzeptabel, insgesamt jedoch nicht empfehlenswert.
