The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Adele (9/5): Great location. Clean property with good amenities - Great location and clean and comfortable property Needs better blinds in the bedrooms. It was hot and bright by 6am. Block out blinds would be beneficial
- nick (8/5): A nice 2 bed apartment in a great location with a great view. Enjoyed the stay with our adult children. - Great location, view was excellent. The apartment was a very good size with a family sized sofa. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped with BBQ, washing machine etc. Enjoyed the birds joining us for breakfast! We all felt that not providing sheets and towels is frustrating and charging additional for basic flat sheets and towels is not necessary (we didn’t do it) . The pre check-in was laborious and we uploaded all our papers, ID’s etc, as requested, but the estate agent had no trace of them, although we produced the confirmation email. Far too many emails before we arrived from the estate agent asking for more and more information- telephone numbers /Aus telephone numbers etc. The WiFi went off for 24hrs + which was frustrating and we had to phone through to find out what the problem was. No updates received until it eventually came back on.
- OTTO (8/5): Good value for great location - Great location walkable to stores and beach. Great view from balcony. Spacious living room. Nicely decorated. The bunk bed mattress is done and needs to be replaced. Bathroom is dated and tiles have mold on top. Spider webs in the bathroom.

- Christine (10/5): Brilliant , loved the appartment and loved the area! - Perfect location with gorgeous views and an easy walk to town. Tastefully furnished. Nice and airy. Felt very comfortable there. Having to pay extra for sheets and towels. I’ve never had to do that before! Bedroom window didn’t open very far to let much air in, especially at night, needed to keep the fan on.
