• Franck (10/5): It was a really good flat to discover London ! -
• Amanda (2/5): Very poor - Location for why we went to London. The landlord was rude when we tried to speak to him about extra bedding. There was no sheet for the sofa bed and it had stains on it. There were food stains on the flooring, the shower didn't stay in the holder. In general the flat was grimy regarding cleanliness.
• Elizaveta (5/5): The apartment was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this place because of the bad management. - I like the location, it's close to the subway, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, there was everything we needed there. When we arrived, the key for the door didn't work. We called the manager, who told us to get help from the worker at the nearest Indian restaurant. The worker said there had been some issues with the lock before, and he helped the previous guests open it. But this time he couldn't open, and we had to wait three hours before someone came and opened the door. They changed the lock only the evening of the next day, so for one whole day, we were without a working lock. The manager promised to give us the compensation for it, but never did.
• Marion (8/5): Very good - Excellent location between two tube stations that are close by. Nice street with restaurants and fast food. It is a bit tiny for 4 normal size people.
• Chris (9/5): Superb - Location, the facilities well appointed No saucepans for cooking, but the landlord is sorting that out.

• Mathew (5/5): great location, really friendly staff who welcomed me to the room - location was great for my work and the gym nearby felt a bit dated and the bed was a bit uncomfortable and little bit noisy at night due to pub over the road.

• Patricia (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was in city center, small and cozy but really dirty. We had to clean a lot. There was lipstick on all the glasses and cubbords were sticky and full of crums. It is missing a dining table and chairs. I’d also reccomend to put a bigger mirror. We spent so much time waiting on eacother to put makeup on because there is just one little mirror in the bathroom. I’d say its worth the money but come on guys, get a cleaning lady🙁 It wasnt clean
• Paul (5/5): Basic set up in good location - Location is good, had basic necessities Outside lights to entrance too short switch and made night entrance/exit with bags difficult. No appreciable table to sit at, more two small bedrooms than one bedroom flat with no lounge.

• Kayla (9/5): Great place to stay for a quick weekend trip! - Really good location next to an Underground station, cozy place. It was very small. Even though it is listed for four people, it was very tight and would be better suited for fewer people.
• Azida (8/5): Overall experience was decent. The host was attentive to our feedback. The location was satisfactory! - The location we stayed was strategic and the facilities were sufficient during our stay. The flat was clean. While our stay had several positive aspects, one challenge was the narrow and steep stairs leading up to the flat. This proved to be inconvenient for our family, especially when we had multiple pieces of luggage to carry.
• Ash (1/5): Terrible, disgusting experience - do not recommend - Nothing. This has been a terrible experience for me and my family. The shower is in the bath tub which was terribly blocked and would fill up our ankles with slime and filth that would come through the drain. When we asked for the issue to be repaired, the owner said he would send someone but this never happened and the disgusting issue persisted for the length of our stay meaning that we always feel filthy, especially after a long haul flight. The beds were stained, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I would not recommend this place at all.
• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - I don't know why this property has such low ratings. great location, clean inside, equipped kitchen, clean sheets and towels, very kind owner. I fully recommend this place.
• Ruth (4/5): Would not stay there again - could do so much better. - Location was excellent. Where to start! For that price I would not expect to have to put on my own duvet cover and pillow cases. Not enough towels for all of us so we had to share. No tea towel so when I washed up in the kitchen I couldn’t dry anything. The cutlery and plates were not clean - I had to clean them before using them. Didn’t want to take a shower. Also instructions to wipe the floor around the toilet after using it - what’s that about? And to take out the rubbish - again for what we were paying I don’t really expect to have to do all of that - I may have done it anyway as a courtesy but to be instructed to do it. And no Wi-Fi at all. And would it have been too much trouble to leave some teabags? And I’m sure the double bed was only 4’6” so quite small. The only good thing was we didn’t really spend any time there. Certainly would not stay there again.
