• Jean-Marie (8/5): A cosy and central place with friendly owners. - The location was central to all the places we wanted to (re) discover in Flanders. It was also quite well fitted with all the equipment and amenities you might need for a one-week stay, supermarkets and convenience stores within a short driving distance also made it a nice place where to stay. The owners were super friendly, provided advice regarding the visits we had planned. What really bothered us though was the traffic noise during working weekdays. Although our apartment’s windows were on the right side of the house, this one being located on the edge of a quite busy road made it hard to sleep late, even if we usually wake up rather early when on vacation.

• Martina Rosa (7/5): Sosta veloce - Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Io essendo arrivata con l'auto in 30min ero al centro di Bruxelles, lasciando la macchina in un parcheggio coperto, in pochi minuti ero in centro a piedi. Padrone di casa accogliente e cordiale. Appartamento pulito. Consiglio per chi cerca un appartamento per una dormita senza spendere troppo e senza troppe pretese, il rapporto qualità prezzo è corretto. Il bagno è separato dal resto dell'appartamento solo da una piccola porta oscillante, il lavabo del bagno e esterno allambiente stesso, di fianco alla cucina. All'interno del bagno ce solo il box doccia (soffione superiore non funzionante) e il water, all'interno del quale non può essere gettata nemmeno la carta igienica, come ben specificato. Per chi non ha l'auto non e una zona molto fornita, lo sconsiglio. Il termostato non funzionava quindi abbiamo dormito con il calorifero incandescente e la finestra semi aperta.

• Wendieke (8/5): Ruim appartement en vlot naar luchthaven - Makkelijk te vinden en voldoende parkeerplaats. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen, vlotte check in en correcte betaling. Appartement zoals op foto's. Frigo, microgolfoven, koffie en thee. Haardroger ook aanwezig. Best wel veel lawaai door veel zwaar verkeer.

• Maria Antonia (7/5): - El apartamento estaba limpio pero era un poco extraño. El baño sin luz, con una media puerta sin ninguna privacidad. La cocina está bien equipada. Lo mejor es la ubicación, puedes dejar el coche en el parking privado e ir a 8 minutos andando a la estación de Eppegem y coger el tren para ver Bruselas. Muchas escaleras estrechas para acceder al apartamento. El check-in fue también algo extraño, nos lanzo las llaves desde un balcón.

• Yema (9/5): Convenient stay for Brussels Airport - Nice, spacious and well equipped room/apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable, self contained stay. The only minor downside is that it is on the second floor of the building, but that is fine if you don't have much luggage. Registration/payment was straightforward, parking easy and tucked away (ie felt secure) and the address was easy for find. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Nothing really. Just the steps up to the room...

• Richard (4/5): If you plan on sleeping well - Do Not Stay Here! - Was easy to find and not too expensive. Room was dusty and dirty. Hair in the sink and on the toilet seat, found an item just left on the floor too. Fittings not to a good standard bits of cables showing, cable sheathing everywhere, dirty sink, remove controls covered in dust. By far the worst though was the fact that apartment 6 basically partied and made noise all night and kept us awake most of the night. They have quiet time rules but nobody to police them, so they are pretty pointless, and you literally hear every step of people going up the stairs and walking around in the room above. Also said there was a coffee machine and a kettle, there was no coffee machine, just a kettle and sachets of cheap coffee and creamer.

• David (10/5): Perfect - Everything, apartamento very clean and big, all you need to stay for a while alone or with family. Also the support given by the owner is very good. Nothing, everything was perfect

• Andrew (4/5): Filthy and not worth a stay - The shower was nice and the TV had good options Even at this price point, this accommodation was incredibly disappointing. We never normally leave a negative review but it is clear the cleaning and maintenance are not high priorities here. As per other reviews, I honestly believe the only thing that had been cleaned in the room was the sheets and towels and even one of the towels was marked. The toilet smelled too bad for us to sleep so we had to have the window open which then meant we heard the road all night. The kitchen light is on a sensor so it turns on if you go to the toilet in the night. The extractor fan in the bathroom is at a wierd level at knee height so doesn't really do anything. We had to wash everything we needed to use in the kitchen as it was all dirty. We were checked in by having the keys thrown out of the window to us after waiting for quite a while. This place was very cheap for the location however we would suggest to spend more and stay elsewhere.
• David (5/5): No curtain, not real A/C but good location - Good location near brussels and antwerp and close to grocery stores. Good shower. The owner entered the room without being allowed in the morning. The A/C isn't exactly that. It works by using ice cubes. The window has no curtains whatsoever. It's impractical in the summer with sun setting late and at night the street lights shine through.
• Manney (9/5): Brilliant getaway place for a couple. - This is a place I am going to book literally forever. Absolutely loved it. This place is sooo chic, beautiful, and useful. Hotel rooms charge twice as much but provide less than half of what this property gives. I especially liked the different kinds of lights in the room. On arrival, I realized I'd left my Bluetooth speaker behind only to find a good Bluetooth speaker/DAB radio in the room. Location is great - 7 minutes walk from Eppegem train station and access to many shops in the area. The couple owning the place are warm and lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this property. I will surely and certainly be back Nothing
• Eyituoyo (8/5): Excellent stay at an affordable price - The amenities in the room where as they said it will be ,it was really cosy and nice ,very clean also.I will recommend it for a couple or solo traveler There is an offensive smell in the toilet that should be dealt with,I also had to request for an AC as it was quite hot ,a mobile one was provided by my host and I was comfortable thereafter but it will be nice to have an AC unit in room 5 especially for the summer season as it gets quite hot in there.

The floor was dirty, overall not a super clean space. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet The bikes were difficult to ride and quite uncomfortable
