• Yumi (3/5): A facility I never want to have anything to do with again - The water pressure in the shower was strong. The service was terrible. After booking, I received a strange message on WhatsApp from someone claiming to be the property manager. When I contacted the property manager through booking.com, I was told it was a fake message. How did my phone number get to the person sending the fake message? Also, I didn't get a response for a long time when I inquired about the check-in time. A few days later, I received a reply saying, "If there are no other guests the day before, we can accommodate an early check-in, so we will contact you the day before your scheduled stay." However, even the day before, I received no contact regarding whether an early check-in was possible or not, so I sent a message, and they told me that they would charge extra for any special requests. Before I paid the accommodation fee, they hinted that they might be able to accommodate my request, but after I paid, they said they would charge me extra. We tried to contact with the accommodation but the phone number listed was disconnected. I had to contact booking.com's call center, and the manager's phone number they gave me was also disconnected. I spent an hour of my precious travel time dealing with this, but I couldn't get in touch with the manager. We can’t stay overnight because we cannot receive the key until we contact the manager. We went into the day of our reservation not knowing whether we would be able to stay or not. As a result, we had to change almost all of our plans for that day. On that day, we received a call from an unknown number around noon. We was driving at the time, and I had previously received a fake message from them, so I hesitated to answer. Then I received a message from someone claiming to be in charge of handling the situation by the facility manager, saying, "They're not answering the phone, so we can't help you." I then tried calling the number myself, but they didn't answer.

Nous avons mis plus de 40 minutes à trouver l’entrée, avec une personne obligée de rester sur la route avec la voiture car impossible d’accéder au parking sans être déjà entré dans l’appartement, et aucune indication précise ne nous avait été donnée. Nous avons donc gêné la circulation pendant un long moment. De plus, la propriétaire nous a mis la pression pour déposer les deuxièmes clés dans la première boîte à clés, alors que nous étions déjà en difficulté pour accéder au logement. Concernant l’état de l’appartement, plusieurs points sont problématiques : • Draps troués et matelas tachés • Présence de moisissures • Sèche-serviettes rouillé • Les deux toilettes fuient, avec un bruit constant de chasse d’eau qui empêche de dormir • Canapé et chaises abîmés • VMC très sale / en mauvais état • Beaucoup de poussière sous le lit Nous avons des photos pour appuyer ces constats. Enfin, le quartier est très bruyant et peu rassurant, avec du tapage nocturne toute la nuit. Entre les bruits extérieurs, les toilettes qui coulent en permanence et les allergies liées à l’état du logement, il a été presque impossible de dormir correctement. Au vu de l’ensemble de ces problèmes, l’expérience a été très décevante et ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui était attendu.

• Ivica (8/5): - The apartment offers the possibility of parking in a garage, which is very convenient. The host let us know that no one would be available to wait for our arrival, and although we had planned to arrive around 17:00–17:30, unexpected traffic delayed us until 18:00. This caused a bit of tension at first, and we had some difficulty finding the keys, but everything worked out in the end. The host was not familiar with the ZTL zones, reportedly because he does not have a car. Since the property is located within such a zone, it would be helpful if the host were better informed in order to provide accurate guidance to guests.

• Anke (8/5): Komfortable und schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Gute Lage im aufstrebenden Viertel Navigli, fußläufig circa 30 Minuten zum Zentrum, abgeschlossene sichere und schöne Wohnanlage mit Tiefgaragenplatz, gutes WLAN und Satelliten-TV, tolle Ausstattung (Fön, Kaffeemaschine, usw.) Im Bad scheint seit einiger Zeit die Lüftung kaputt zu sein, deshalb sieht man beginnenden Schimmel in einer Ecke, was im Vergleich zu der ansonsten sehr schönen Wohnung leider einen Minuspunkt darstellt

• Usahan (10/5): Exceptional - A very spacious and bright apartment. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and tons of closet space which is amazing. Location is great, 5 min walk to the vibrant atmosphere of Naviglia. The apartment complex is very secure and safe.
• Samuel (9/5): A very nice stay - Very good location close to Navigli and its canal, with many restaurants, also possible to walk to most of the sights of Milan, but at the same time in a residential and very calm building to rest The flat is spacious and very practical with it’s too bathrooms and able to host a total of 5 people Beds were comfortable, we slept very well Saule was very welcoming for the check in Maybe some small decoration in the flat would make it more lively and a small refreshment of some paintings in the flat would be good Online check in is a bit annoying to do as they ask all info for each hosts

• Hisam (10/5): fantastic!! will stay here again!! - fantastic apartment. two bedroom, new facilities. air conditioner in each room. two bathrooms. private and separate. was fantastic. elevator for luggage. central location, near restaurants. checked in earlier than stated. can’t complain!! amazing!! amazing stay!!! just need to use one staff member to communicate with, as initially I had 3 different people trying to handle the checkin via whatsapp, then Saule took over the show.

• Maria (6/5): Potentially nice apartment but was actually dirty and in an unsafe area. - The apartment was big and had good wardrobe for the clothes We couldn’t use the parking that we were promised to use, that was advertised on the site. The owner decided to park his car inside , so we didn’t have the chance to use it (apparently they are going to stop lending the parking space from this week onwards, but no one informed us). We had to take our car to a private parking, as the area didn’t seem safe enough to park and had to spend 79 euros. We want to have that money back. We have the parking receipt. We are waiting for you contact us to sort it out, and answer us in general (we called the various contact numbers a few times and no one picked up to help). With respect to the area not being safe: the street behind the house is ‘owned’ by drug dealers, so you had to be very careful at night. If you looked outside the terrace at night you could see the dealing, police lights, people throwing bottles and even looking up at you. Furthermore, the houses in that street were filled with squatters and didn’t feel safe when walking past (we made that mistake on the first night and crossed the mortuary police). The baths in the bathrooms did not drain well and one of the showers was really dirty, so much so, that the dirt stuck in the drain started coming up. So we could not use it on the first day and we lost time waiting for the plumber and people to solve it on the second day. At first the house looked ok, however, as you settled in things stopped looking so good. The house was full of mosquitoes. Even if you had the windows closed, as the area was dirty, we have no idea where they kept coming from, but the walls were covered with squished mosquitoes by previous guests. The terrace is unusable because the air conditioning machine is there and all the hot air condenses there (in addition to the fact that the drug dealers are on the lookout). Also, there are no utensils to clean the kitchen, rooms or bathroom. We spilled some water on the floor on the first day and dried it with a paper towel and it was BLACK.
