- Anderson (8/5): Very good - Location. Before we checked out there was work being done on the roof and we could hear the noise of people walking on the roof. Had to ask them to stop cleaning the leaves off the roof so it didn't fall on my baby and I when we were walking on the verandah. They courteously did but that work should have started after we checked out.
- Phillip (7/5): Good -
- Judith (8/5): Relaxing beach stay - The beach and pool were lovely. It was a bit far from town, but we didn't mind that. There were several good restaurants near us in walking distance. I made a mistake with my dates on the reservation and planned to leave a day after it ended. Vacasa rep went over and above to find us a house for the night. She even helped us transfer our luggage! The furniture was a little uncomfortable. The guys like to watch TV and it was difficult to get it working at first. Vacasa was helpful in working with us to figure it out.
- Thelma (7/5): Good - We are coffee lovers and the coffee maker was not working.
- Brittany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Candice (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and my family enjoyed it for the weekend. We will visit again. 😊 The water from the bathroom leaked outside in the living room after taking a shower. Please look into it.
- Shari-lee (7/5): No drinkable water, Condo was ok but no breakfast, lights flickering , intermittent wifi, no safe, - I booked our trip with you under the impression Breakfast was included…it wasnt, but I paid for it!
I tried contacting management about the wi fi , no response. I tried to get info on how to use the safe…it had no key…no help from management! I found that to be half assed on their part. We will not book another stay there, for $3198.00 we couldn’t even drink the water. See above.
The beach and pool were wonderful…it’s a fairly remote area, so you dropping the ball on the breakfast being included really messed us up! I would think you would have offered a partial refund.
- Judie (9/5): Lovely. - No breakfast here. Right on the beach. Walking distance to restaraunt. Staff was very helpful. Hot water plenyigul Cant think of anything.
- Roy (8/5): Very good -

- Anonymous (1/5): Please read above statement. We have nothing good to say about unit #26!!!!! - Only the location There was mold growing everywhere in this unit. Beds were hard like rocks. There wasn’t an extra blanket or pillow for the futon bed. The futon was nasty and stained. The guest shower leaked into the living room every time my son took a shower. The windows leaked very badly. There were runny bugs everywhere. This unit is more of a zero star rating not a five and definitely not up to Gold Standard. We will never book here again. We got what we paid for which was a cheap nasty condo. Also the Resturants near by are out of business!!! Very disappointed with the over all experience!!
- Angela (6/5): It was a good value stay but the property definitely needs some painting and updates. - The pool was great. We had some concerns about a hanging light in the pool with an exposed wire and the caretaker was supposed to come look at it but we never heard back about it and it was still hanging when we left. The condo was spacious. The grounds were well kept. Lots of beautiful trees and flowers! The AC worked well! Pamela was helpful with getting excursions booked. The condo is in desperate need of a paint job and some updating. The futon was very uncomfortable in the living room. I don't think it would be good for sleeping on and there were no provided bedding if someone would need to sleep on it. A few more kitchen towels would have been helpful. At the time we were there, the beach was covered in sargassum and so we didn't swim at the beach right outside the condo, which I was expecting to be able to do.
- Evita (6/5): This place has character! It’s a family and budget friendly stay. No luxuries just a rustic back to basics kinda place. - The location is great! Close enough to the point of Placencia for a quick drive into town but distant enough to enjoy peace and quiet and sounds of nature. The condo could use a good deep clean and a bit of maintenance work. Some light fixtures were not working and the faucet in the shower leaked. The pool needs some TLC besides the coconut tree debris randomly falling in, the water was cloudy and pool edges were a bit slimy.
- Ethel (10/5): The garden and beach view coupled with the comfort of the cabanas contributed to a heavenly stay. - I love the physical environment. The trees provided a welcoming environment and the pool deck was excellent and provided a great space to relax and enjoy the day. The condo was spacious and very comfortable.
- Matthew (5/5): Said no where the place was closed. Lots of money for not much - The pool was open. AC worked. Decent water pressure. I booked this place thinking it was open. This was the place to stay. Nope. Nothing. The place was for sale. The restaurants and bars were closed. Very disappointed. Had to clean my own room. Extra charge if I wanted them to clean it. Didn’t know that. I spent A LOT of money to make my own bed. Saw a rat in the room said hi. He/she was super fast and droppings on the bathroom floor when I checked In. Texted someone. I think I just upset them. All communication was by text. No one on property that could take care of something. Was trying to work. Internet and power would go out for hours. That could be just Belize. The police are super cool. Long story.
- Rob (8/5): Very good - Pool
- Jan (7/5): Good -
- Kirsty (7/5): Good -
- Sammy (8/5): all I gotta say I loved it - spacious it’s hard to check in an no one was answering the phone calls an no one was on the property to guide us as first timer
- Mirna (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Herberth (7/5): Good - Place was nice, since they have a 3d view from their site I did know what to expect, It's very well equiped (cookware). Maintenance tries to keep it very clean, the view was amazing and the pool, it has some lights at night so you can have a better experience. Bathroom's have what you need, overall a good experience! Would recommend it and I'd give it a try again. It wasn't fully clean when we arrived, there were items lost that they didn't notice until I reported it. Not really responsive with information about tours. There's no restaurant but there's one next to it
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reimer (5/5): Passable - Quiet and peaceful, There was no receptionist on the property
