If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property. We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Would have been nice to have basic provisions - tea/coffee/ sugar/ milk/ shampoo. Luckily we did have some of our own.
