• Louise (7/5): Appartement parfait pour 1 personne. - Proximité du métro. Plusieurs restos, épiceries et magasins autour. Lit très petit pour 2 grands nord-américains.
• OLIVIER (10/5): Alojamiento en un barrio autentico y poco turistico, muy bien comunicado. - La ubicación es fantastica y las instalaciones son buenas. La cama no es para 2 personas pero menos mal había un colchón para dormir en el suelo.
• Sebastian (4/5): Die Lage war super. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt für 2 jedoch Personen nicht zu empfehlen. - Die Lage war super. Schönes Wohnviertel und ruhig. Super zentral. Schnell am Bahnhof. Die Größe des Bettes war falsch angegeben. Nicht wie in der Anzeige und ausreichend groß für 2 Menschen. (Kein versprochenes französisches Doppelbett) Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Toilette hat gerochen. Adresse und Check in war nicht korrekt. Generell Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte teils erneuert werden.
• Amber (3/5): Fijne locatie maar kwalitatief ondermaats. - De locatie was goed en makkelijk bereikbaar. Toen we aankwamen waren de instructies niet volledig waardoor we de sleutel niet uit het sleutelkastje konden halen. Wij hebben geprobeerd contact te leggen met de eigenaar maar die heeft nooit meer gereageerd. Wij hebben een paar uur voor de deur gestaan. Uiteindelijk heb ik op creatieve wijze zelf de code gekraakt. Er lag veel stof en haren in de hoekjes van de kamer, de wc stonk naar urine en door een hoge luchtvochtigheid rook het een beetje muffig in de kamer.

• Arthur (10/5): comfortable way to experience living in tokyo - What a wonderful place to stay! This stay was a comfortable way to taste what it would feel like to live in Tokyo. It's located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located not far from a subway transit station. There are many small izakayas and eateries to check out, and a convenience store just up the street. The provided fridge and heater came in handy, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the washroom was great (I came home to take a bath and drop things off almost every day in the evening before heading back out to explore the city), and the whole interior is very warm and cozy, with lots of beautiful natural wood. If you stay here, consider walking to Shimokitazawa. It's an easy walk through some beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood streets, just like the one you'll be staying on, ending in a great variety of quality restaurants, bars and shops. The owner was very communicative and helpful, and provided highly detailed instructions for getting to the stay and checking in. 10/10, would stay here again. Nothing.
• Jenna (8/5): Wonderful, quiet, and comfortable!! - Loved how close it was to the train!! Great location! Only issue I had was that the address put me to the building across the street and I had to ask someone nearby where the building was.
