• Inger Lise (5/5): - Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Behjelpelig vertskap på hotellet like ved hvor du fikk nøklenen og de bestilte flyplass-taxi til oss. At det var kun vinduer ut mot en liten bakgård som også var trapperom, det ga veldig innsyn. Veldig hard seng på loftet.

• Moshe (10/5): Perfect for a one night stay. Check in open 24/7 - Was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Was a bit of a walk to get up to the apartment. The elevator is small and not the greatest.

• jing (1/5): 不会再住这里 - 地段优越 钥匙只有一套。其实并没有洗衣机。电视剧屏幕有问题。厕所在二楼。插座少。洗碗机里很脏很脏，太恶心了。全部的卫生纸只有两卷，而且质量很差，我们三人住了3晚。
• Albane (3/5): Emplacement pratique ligelent décevant - Le logement était super bien placé tout à proximité. Nous avons vraiment été déçus car arriver à la réception pour le logement il nous annonce que la porte principale pour rentrer dans le haul pour ensuite accède au logement la ferrure a été remplacer donc ils n’avais pas les clefs , ils nous dise qu’il faudra sonner chez les voisin donc pas de sortie tard le soir et nous avons été refuser par les voisins pour qu’il nous ouvre comprenant que à une certaine heures c dérangeant ! Le Mr de la réception étant avec nous se soir là n’a même pas pu convaincre les voisins … un gros bordel je ne comprend toujours pas pourquoi il n’on pas averti les voisins de la situation avant ou bien juste simplement s’informer du code !!! Vraiment inadmissible !! De plus les photos m’entrant un canapé lit .. ce n’ai pas du tout ça ! Cela a été changer en lit métal avec un matelas très fin ! Idem pour les oreillers ! Le lave vaisselle très très salle ! Aussi que plein d’autre équipement vraiment dessus pour le coup ne jamais ce fier au photos ! Seule point positif l’emplacement !

• Rachel (7/5): - Bon séjour dans l’appartement ! Il est idéalement situé, à quelques mètres du centre, tout proche du Panthéon et de la fontaine de Trevi. Localisation idéal si vous souhaitez faire les trajets à pied.

• Stéphanie (3/5): Appartement bien situé mais qualité/ propreté très moyenne si - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome Taille de l appartement Confort des lits Différence entre photos et réalité sur le mobilier ( canapé manquant), tiroirs cassés, manque sévère de propreté (lave vaisselle inutilisable car trop sale 1 cm de, poussière sous les lits...), odeur très nauséabonde dans la salle de bains, frigo très bruyant, manque de luminosité.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento, todas las chicas que nos atendieron fueron encantadoras. Además, nos permitieron dejar las maletas en recepción tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out sin ningún problema, lo cual fue muy cómodo. Otro punto a favor es que la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario y además dejan café y té de cortesía, un detalle que se agradece. Sería recomendable arreglar algunos desperfectos del apartamento y reforzar la limpieza

• cristiana (7/5): - Posizione comoda x raggiungere ogni attrazione della città Palazzo datato e assolutamente non insonorizzato. Il cavedio interno propaga il rumore in modo esponenziale di giorno e di notte . La prima sera i vicini hanno fatto festa fino all'alba e si è avvertito tutto, voci, musica, canti e passeggiate sulle scale (la porta con chiusura automatica ad ogni apertura o chiusura sbatte con una eco inaccettabile). Al rientro in appartamento hanno anche sbagliato campanello suonando 2 volte in piena notte (mattinata), ma del resto nessuna luce accompagna il tragitto nella parte finale per raggiungere all'appartamento

• Samantha (5/5): Localização excelente, dá para explorar a cidade toda a pé; porém, péssima conservação do imóvel. - A localização é excelente, e o atendimento superou nossas expectativas — equipe atenciosa, educada e sempre pronta para ajudar. Fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. A limpeza deixou a desejar, sendo o principal ponto fraco da estadia. O banheiro apresentava um odor muito desagradável, possivelmente causado por um problema sério de encanamento, com retorno de cheiro de esgoto. Além disso, a conservação geral do imóvel precisa de atenção.

• ELEONORA (7/5): Ottima posizione al centro di Roma - la posizione L'accesso, nello specifico le scale. Ho problemi di deambulazione , ho scelto questo alloggio perchè provvisto di ascensore, ma arrivati al piano per accedere all'alloggio si attraversa un ballatoio con gradini.

• Enrique (4/5): - La ubicacion. El espacio. Al ingresar encontramos una silla de acrílico rota y solicitamos al personal del hotel el cambio. Me dieron una silla que tuve que transportar yo mismo por la calle hasta el apartamento (La recepción del hotel está a 50 metros). No había vajilla suficiente para 4 (3 tenedores y cuchillos, ni una sola cuchara de café). el segundo día por la noche (a las 23) se cortó el suministro eléctrico y si bien el conserje nocturno del hotel intentó comunicarse, nadie pudo restablecer el suministro. A la madrugada (5 de la mañana) teníamos que viajar al aeropuerto. Imaginen armar el equipaje sin luz. El baño está en el entrepiso por lo que al ser 4 los que duermen abajo tienen que pasar por el dormitorio de los otros. Después de todo lo que vimos No recomiendo el lugar. No tiene un servicio adecuado al precio
• Paula (3/5): No recomendable - El alojamiento es céntrico y espacioso. La vivienda es poco luminosa con un olor a humedad casi insoportable. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, no hay sofá, tiene una cama en mitad del salón. La recepción no sirve para nada, aún estoy esperando que atiendan mi petición después de ir a recepción dos veces y solicitarlo por email. Hay sitios bastante mejores por el mismo precio.
• Laura (8/5): Muy agradable y céntrico. - La ubicación era excelente, fuimos a todas partes caminando. La habitación dividida en dos plantas nos gustó al ir en familia, y todas las camas eran buenas no solo la principal. No había ningún ruido y la temperatura era buena con el aire acondicionado para dormir. El menaje de la cocina era muy escaso, x ej. no había 4 unidades de tazas o vasos... En general el mobiliario de la cocina no era cómodo y estaba algo deteriorado.

Por lo demás todo ok - Ubicación muy buena Recepcion justo al lado 24h Checking bueno Pobrema con las bajantes del baño provocando muy mal olor y muy intenso continuamente, causando también olor en la habitación superior.

• Barnabás (5/5): - Jó volt az elhelyezkedés Egy órát kellett a megbeszélt időpont után várni a szoba átvételéhez. Ezt az előttünk megszálló vendégek rendetlenségével magyarázták, akik távozása után volt már 3 órájuk kitakarítani. Törött szék és berendezések fogadtak minket, a falak több helyen is össze voltak kenve és a parketta is több helyen rossz állapotban volt.

• BELEN (9/5): - La ubicación, muy cerca de todo. Desde Rona Termini te podés tomar un colectivo que te deja muy cerca del departamento si viajás con valijas. El departamento es un poco oscuro y la bacha d ela cocina te salpica todo.

• Eleonora (4/5): We were cheated with the pictures! - We spent with my family new years days and we liked the area where the apartment was located. We were cheated with the pictures! The pictures in the website are not matching the reality: there was no bedsofa and no social area to be in the first floor, an old bed instead, a broken chair in the dinning group and one chair. No option to seat confortable in the first floor. It looks fancy but in reality they take away stuff that appears in the website. The apartment was founded dirty and there were no enought cutlery, glasses and toalet papper, no trash bags at all. The floor was broken and you could be hurted, the was not enoght space to open the dishwasher, dirty cleaning towels were left in the plates draw and furniture draws were wrong set up making it dangerours to crash against them. We did not got any kind of support when we contacted the host, they just tried to clean one more time and left one more chair. Cans of trash and bad smell in the house entrance.

A second bed was available owing to the bed settee being broken by the previous occupant. Reception staff informed on day of arrival but no action was taken to rectify the issues. Some of the kitchen cupboards need replacing and the flooring near the stairs need repairs A welcome pack including some milk , kitchen roll etc. would have been nice

• Rebecca (8/5): Rome trip couple. - We loved our stay in the apartment. Lots of great facilities and a great location. Bathroom was well equipt, loads of extra towels, toilet rolls etc. The receptionist at the hotel down the road was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. It was very noisy but being out most of the day not a huge deal very difficult to sleep on one of the night though. The kitchen was a bit run down and not exactly as pictured however it did have everything we needed. The other slightly annoying this was that the tvs weren't set up, so I had to connect them to the WiFi and they needed updating it was also a bit frustrating because one set to Arabic and the other Italian (not complaining when it Italy and all that) but it took ages to even be able to log into my own netflix account so I think this could be slightly improved if there was guest access to some streaming services.

• Joanne (6/5): Unhappy people - location Wasn’t what was expected, leaking shower through and down into kitchenette peeling ceiling paint falling onto floor. noisy fridge freezer in main room. couldn’t close kitchen off anyway those doors hadn’t moved for a while. third sleeper on bed setee so no place to sit in comfort. only bathroom upstairs through mezzanine bedroom up open stairwell not safe in dark and wakes up sleepers upstairs???? so only suitable in our opinion for couple , ambulant, not wanting to cook proper food catch on oven terrible broke two fingernails and moves when you open door.
• Liudmyla (9/5): Superb - The flat, its facilities and location are perfect. Receptionists are kind and helpful. It is very convenient that there is a possibility to use a lobby of hotel, WC, WiFi and its luggage room while waiting. Safe place - you should use several doors and keys to enter the flat. There was a strange smell inside. I suppose this was because of a damp floor rag left in a bucket in the kitchen area. Finding another place for it could solve a problem.
• Karen (7/5): The location was great. The inside stairs were squeaking/making loud noises. - The location was good, close to many tourist attractions. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. It also dipped in the middle. The last few steps on the stairs moved and squeaked loudly. Anyone using the stairs would wake the other family member up due to the noise. No utensils in the kitchen.
