I wish I can get back my money. And even the room was not what I saw on the pictures

• Sindisiwe (3/5): A stay I won’t wish to repeat in the hotel - The area is quiet and criminal free The service yoooh ,I can’t even explain how unprofessional this people are and the place has cockroaches…you can see that the bedding use to be white but not anymore

• Kamogelo (6/5): The hosts are responsive but they could improve their apartment - The location & the free parking, it also has self check in The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed I’ve experienced but I can’t complain because of the price. They really need to do something about the cockroaches & the water in the bath tub spills all over when you shower. The TV wasn’t working when I was there.

• Tanatswa Daniel (6/5): Nice room, bad building services (staff), time consuming parking. - Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious for the price. Accessing the room was slow and a big inconvenience. After booking and paying it, took an hour to get confirmed as “booked” and allowed in. This may be due to the incompetent building staff but still. We got there within 2 hours of a concert we were going for, but spent over an hour of that not able to be allowed in. If you have a car, getting in and out will also prove very time consuming because again the building staff will take their time with operating the parking gate. It’s unfortunate the room itself was fine, however access is a huge letdown.

• rumbie (2/5): 🇿🇼 - Location is very convenient 👌 The staff is not helpful when you complain about something , for example I phoned them concerning house keeping , I stayed there for 4 nights and there was no house keeping for my whole stay meaning no toiletries , no clean towels and sheets ... I even begged for toilet paper but I wasn't helped 🥹🤦‍♀️ Blinds in my room were not working disturbing my sleep at night with the light coming from outside 🤦‍♀️

Even now, two weeks later, I still have itching, sores, and marks. The blanket was dirty, I have photos. I'm not going back there.

They did not inform us, we enquired then we were told they will let us know. They did not let us know. Electricity came back at 7pm after we had climbed the stirs with a toddler all the way to the 8th floor. -we informed the property that we were bringing a toddler with us, the facilities online were bigger with an extra sleeper couch, when we arrived the space was small and they did not cater to our child. -the TV kept kicking us out, even with our own wifi. -We were on the 8th floor. The windows were extra large no burglar bars. We had a toddler with us. -there was a plastic chair and it was broken when we got there, so we couldn't even use it to sit on. -the fan in the bathroom had a lot of dust and fluff -we forgot to take pictures 😞
• Mercy Dhliwayo (1/5): No electricity electricity, innadequate bedding & bad communication. - The place was clean and had a full kitchen facilities for sale catering Arrived on a cold rainy Friday night. Bed had only one fitted sheet and a duvet. No reserve blanket in the room.. Asked the security guard for extra blanket. Told us to call the numbers on our email communications. None of the four provided numbers were answered. So we froze that night. Saturday morning, power went off around 9am, and we were told it would return at 6pm. Didn't make sense because the street lights were on and there was power everywhere. It turned out it was a scheduled maintenance being conducted, but the establishment didn't find it fit to notify us that there would be no power before we made the booking. So we went out and returned after 6pm. Power was still not back. We used the opportunity to discuss our request for an extra blanket since it was still cold. Security Guard twlls the he communicated our request and even showed us the message sent to management. In the message he tells them that we are struggling to sleep because of the cold. Management response was "so did they leave". And the guards response was, "i dont think so". And that's where the communication ended. It felt like they expected us to leave if we were not satisfied with the one provided blanket despite the fact that we had already paid for 2 nights. Had to call them again because the guard couldn't help. Only one of the 4 numbers provided was answered by a lady who claimed that she had informed "them" to bring an extra blanket in our room and thought it had been done. said she could not help us at that stage because she was home and far from the establishment. So we basically froze over our two night stay (& had no electricity for almost the whole of Saturday. (Note: when booking with them, it is essential to carry own soap/shampoo/ hand lotion; they dont offer these like other establishments. )
