• Xiaohe (9/5): Good location and big room, have had great days here. - The staff can answer questions in English fluently, which is super helpful. The location is quite good 👍🏻 The hotel is without lift, but luckily it’s not very tall so still convenience for us, but might not that friendly for people who needs accessibilities.

• Huifen (8/5): Very good - Located in a quiet residential area. There was washing machine and drying in the bath room area. Lots of wardrobe space and even a hanging line in the room itself. There was a gated entrance to the building so felt quite safe. Staff was super responsive and gave us a ground floor unit as requested. There's a 24h super market nearby! All is good, but wished it had a humidifier cause the place is rather dry. There was kettle but no complimentary drinks which was surprisingly. Location wise i think is a bit of walk from the train line...

• Olga (8/5): Good accommodation in Osaka - Clean, accommodates 4 adults, convenient access from the airport and short ride to Dotombori. Quick response from the staff via Booking.com messages and helpful in trying to accommodate our request. Overall quite comfortable.

• John (7/5): It's alright I guess, looked bigger on the website - It had all the basics, and the bathroom has a drying function for clothes. Kitchen and barhroom was good. Everything was clean. It's very small and three flights of stairs (no lift)
• Rebecca (6/5): Convenient location near supermarket and metro - Has 2 single and a double bed which was great for our family with 2 teens. Enjoyed the Japanese style bathroom. The staff responses to messages were super efficient and friendly!!! Great supermarket and metro station in a short distance. Air conditioning really struggled to cool apartment in a hot Japanese summer. The kitchen area is very narrow. Only seating for 2 in spite of having beds for 4. Eating dinner on bed not ideal. Just needed 2 extra stools 😊

• Anthony (10/5): A very relaxing and pleasant stay we experienced here! Highly recommended! - The Location is perfect as it is close to subway station (5 mins walk) and takes few minutes to get to Namba Dotonbori. The neighborhood is so clean and quiet and there's a supermarket, 24-hr convenience store, and MacDonald's too, aside from local ramen shops around. Guesthouse itself is really good, as shown in the photos with all the amenities, all good and clean including the bathroom, washroom and kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Power adaptors and charging cables were provided too. Overall, we have a very good experience. We will consider this when we get back to Osaka again. We have to walk 20 minutes with luggage from the nearest railway station we get off to check in that night. So on our check out day, we booked tor Uber van back to railway station to take express train to Kansai airport.
• Fabian (7/5): Nice Apartment - A good apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Check in and check out was very smooth. Nothing out of the ordinary, but if you need an apartment for a few nights in Osaka this was a great place. Shout-out to the nearby Okonomiyaki-restaurant called "Den" who served us the best Okonomiyaki in Japan.

• Yanchi (10/5): Stressless - Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.
• Airah (9/5): Good and Affordable - The room was comfortable and had good amenities. There are apparently two branches in Nishinari Ward that are near each other. We got lost and went to the wrong one at around 11pm. It's a good thing the staff we called using the number posted near the keybox was helpful. He didn't speak English though so we had to google translate and video call him. Be aware of the address when you check in.

• Karen (10/5): It was a perfect stay, with everything being very nice! - The rooms were exceptionally clean and all of the furnitures were new and well preserved. The whole apartment itself was very cozy and we had a very nice experience within the two days we stayed in. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Convenience stores and some other fast food places were available around and the subway was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also, the kitchen was equipped with every necessary tools you need to cook, including pans, cutlery, plates and cups. We liked everything inside the apartment. We stayed as a group of four people, but there were only 2 chairs to sit. We all knew space is limited to have 4 chairs, but perhaps including 2 foldable benches/chairs would make it a little better.

• Bayuwhisnuraga (8/5): nice apartement without lift (elevator) - near from hanazonocho station, just 2 station away from namba/dotombori. its a residential area, a nice apartemen. there is no lift (escalator) in the building, you may need to put this as a note when you bring luggage and stay here.

• David (7/5): Good place, BUT ONLY under the right circumstances. - Great space, was in a two bedroom space and the beds were very seperated. Big sized beds, very nice with three pillows each. You can basically make a door wall to separate the bed spaces for extra privacy. Balcony space with a laundry bar. Good sized fridge and freezer. TERRIBLE WIFI. One wifi for the whole building was literally unusable. Thankfully, I had pocket wifi, but if I didn't, it would have been devastating. No elevator, my room was on the top 3rd floor, so getting up and down was terrible with luggage. Barebone amenities, literally only toothbrushes. Only a single hook for hand towels in toilet and washroom, fortunately the room has extra little tables with baskets that can be used to hold clothes and towels for showers. Single ply lowest budget toilet paper.
