- L.J. (8/5): - Gunstige ligging: dichtbij station Neu-Ulm. Ook centrum van Ulm is op loopafstand. Waterkoker en magnetron op de kamer. Wachtwoord voor wifi was niet te vinden op de kamer.

- Berit (4/5): Für eine Übernachtung akzeptabel - Positiv war, dass die Unterkunft über einen Wasserkocher, Herd etc. verfügt, so dass man sich morgens ein kleines Frühstück machen kann. Kein Personal vor Ort. Kommunikation am Telefon schwierig. Der Schlüsselsafe ist nicht beleuchtet, so dass es im Dunkeln und bei Regen nur schwer möglich war, den Code einzustellen. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten, was bei einer Geschäftsreise extrem ärgerlich ist. Haus und Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Problemloser Check-in, Vermieter sehr freundlich (nur telefonischer Kontakt) Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, war es sehr angenehm eine kleine Küche zu haben, um uns eine Kleinigkeit für die Fahrt zu bereiten. Leider hat es in dem Zimmer sehr muffig und nach kaltemn Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Kopfkissen roch leider auch nach Schweiß... Da wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren, haben wir uns nicht beschwert.

- Julia (7/5): - Super Lage fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Check in mit Schlüsselbox hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wohnung zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sauber. Es riecht leicht nach Zigarettenrauch. Kann auch von den Nachbarn kommen oder es steckt in den Textilien. Der Fernseher hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich, gehört sich mal ausgetauscht.

- Wolfgang (6/5): - Neu renovierte Wohnung, alles soweit sauber Sehr unangenehmer Geruch und abends ein laut telefonierender Nachbar. Die Wirtin hat sich entschuldigt und angeboten, man könne sie sofort anzurufen, wenn so etwas ist, dann würde sie ein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Insofern war es für uns ok.

- Modou (6/5): - The privacy and location. Room wasn't cleaned for my arrival. That was disappointing. Information on the WiFi or cutlery wasn't clear. Room was very cold at night with no heating or extra blankets. Pillow was very uncomfortable
- DanF1976 (7/5): Nette Gastgeberin - Die Gastgeberin war sehr höflich und kompetent. Ich hatte ein externes Bad, das sauber war. Die Einrichtung war schlicht gehalten, es gab aber eine Kochmöglichkeit im Zimmer, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, sowie diverses Geschirr. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe, wo man gut Essen gehen kann. Die Nachbarn waren bis 3 Uhr morgens recht laut, manche Unterhaltungen wurden am Gang geführt, was man hören konnte. Die Fernbedienung hat nicht funktioniert Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich und hat gequietscht.

An der nächsten Querstrasse-Ludwig Str. kann man toll Frühstücken im Café,, Deins und Meins,, Meine Matratze war mir zu weich. Wäre vielleicht auch wendbar gewesen, habe ich aber nicht ausprobiert
- Harold (8/5): alles in allem zufriedenstellend - gute Verständigung und Personal, gute günstige Lage, viel Geschäfte und Restorants in Nähe, gutes WLan, alles ok sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, und wenn man mal ein Parkplatz findet...sehr teure Parkgebühren. Fernsehereinstellungen sind sehr schlecht, man kann nur wenige Standartprogramme abruen und alle sin unsortiert.
