Important Information
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.,
Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- angs (10/5): - 위치, 청결 굉장히 만족한 숙소였어요^^ 엘레베이터가 없긴 했지만 한층만 올라가면 됐기에 별로 문제 되지 않았어요. 그리고 마지막날 문을 열다가 열쇠가 빠지지 않는 이슈가 생기긴 했지만 체크아웃전에 해결되었어요. 숙소 위치가 나름 핫플레이스에 위치해 있던터라 거실과 다른 방은 조용했지만 도로쪽은 새벽까지 소음이 좀 심했어요.
- MARCOS (9/5): Vila de Gràcia é a cara de Barcelona! - Localização. Perto de 2 linhas do metrô e no entorno todas as facilidades (supermercados, padaria, bares, restaurantes, lojas, etc.) Na porta do prédio localiza-se as lixeiras do quarteirão, e toda madrugada há muito barulho dos caminhões de recolhe.

- Isabelle (6/5): A fantastic location in a thriving pocket of Barcelona. Local food, culture and energy! - The location was great! The AC leaked and could not be used. We were offered the opportunity for a technician to fix it, but only when we were out, and we did not feel comfortable to leave our possessions unattended for this to occur. We were also charged a Saturday call out fee for check-in, which we did not know about until we arrived. The location was truly fantastic and we had a great time in Barcelona.
- Guzman (6/5): El departamento muy cómodo, bien ubicado y bien equipado. Muy complicados para el check in, complicados con las horas de - El departamento muy cómodo, bien distribuido. Una de las piezas no tiene ventana, pero es cómoda igual. Cocina bien equipada Me hicieron completar muchísimos datos para hacer el check in, multas grandes por llegar más allá de la 19:00 en día de semana. La verdad que nunca me habían pedido tanto detalle de datos de los huéspedes. Me pareció una exageración. Dejamos el depto ayer, se me quedaron unas cosas y nunca me ha contestado a pesar de escribirle insistentemente. No me respondieron más.
