• Liv (10/5): - Good location, close to the metro to get into the centre. One bedroom apartment for 4 adults and lots of space and storage
• Lynda (7/5): - Nice view of the water and NEMO, but no local shops nearby. By map this location is quite close, but it didtake us longer than expected to get to it from Central Station, partly because a pedestrian bridge was not recognized by Google Maps. Once we knew that it was easier. Unfortunately we stayed 4 nights and the main room light wasn't fixed during this time which made the room quite dark

• Yee Phing (9/5): - Checking in and out was very easy even though there wasn't anyone at the reception when we arrived and left. We arrived late and sent the hotel a message through booking.com and we received a reply almost immediately with instructions. The location is perfect for us, very near to the central station whether by foot or with the tram. We found a way that wasn't shown on Google Maps. Everything else was expected and mentioned in the description. The lighting is a bit dark in our opinion. Although that could be personal preference. The fridge made a lot of ticking noise and we could hear footsteps from the room upstairs in the middle of the night. That disturbed our sleep a little bit. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. We would come back again.

• DOMINIQUE (9/5): - Hôtel situé dans un environnement verdoyant et très calme. Chambre tout à fait correcte et literie de qualité. Bon petit-déjeuner. Hôtel situé à 20/25 minutes à pied de la gare centrale et donc un peu excentré du centre-ville.

• Scott (6/5): Room25 was just okay and pretty much what we expected for the price. - Breakfast was good but staff was not friendly. Lighting and temperature in the room was very poor. The heating rack in the bathroom did not work and we had to open the window for air. The window would fly fully open with any gust for wind from outside. The elevator broke on our final day.

• Milada (8/5): - Líbila se mi především poloha přímo s výhledem na kanál/biotop a Nemo science museum. Přesto, že byla lokalita kousek od centra (pěška cca 15 minut), byla klidná a v přírodě. Zařízení pokoje bylo dostačující, přesto nijak výjimečné. Pohodlné a praktické. Nelíbilo se mi snad jen jediné - když někdo na patře vstupoval do vedlejšího pokoje (nebo z něj vycházel), dělalo to hluk a člověk měl pocit, jako by někdo vcházel přímo k němu do pokoje.

• Manfred (7/5): Tolle Lage bei Zentrumsnähe - Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof und Zentrum waren o.K.. Ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten einen direkten Zimmerblick zum alten Hafen und Nemo. Frühstücksangebot in Buffetform vielseitig und stets ausreichend, aber täglich gleich. Zimmerdecke mit den vielen Leitungen und Rohren. Im räumlich großen Restaurant eine gewisse nüchterne Athmosphäre.

• YANN (7/5): Un peu trop excentré pour valoir le coup - Hôtel à l'environnement sympathique en bord de l'Amstel et proche du musée national de la Marine, cet établissement a le mérite d'être dans une partie calme de la ville et à une distance raisonnable des transports en commun. Le petit déjeuner dans une salle ayant une vue romantique sur l'Amstel est bien fourni. Le petit réfrigérateur était pratique. L'enregistrement, bien que pratique, manque d'empathie, l'état général de la chambre ne correspond pas du tout au prix payé, la literie était la pire des 3 hôtels de notre séjour, il manquait une applique dans la salle de bain.

Impossible de boire un verre au bar du restaurant le samedi soir à 20h. On avait vraiment l'impression de déranger le personnel (enfin le peu de personnel) car nous n'avons vu personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Hôtel très cher pour les prestations. Nous avons passé 2 nuits et le ménage n'a pas été fait dans notre chambre. Petit déjeuner plus que léger pour le tarif.

• Marianne (9/5): Sympathisch, ruhig gelegen und cool eingerichtet - Bequeme Betten, Ambiente des Zimmers als Mischung von moderner Kunst und einem Touch Romantik, ebenfalls cool eingerichtete Bar/Restaurant direkt am Wasser mit schöner Aussicht Richtung Zentrum, ruhig gelegen, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Der Fahrradverleih vom Hotel hat prima geklappt, mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell bei allen Hotspots in der Innenstadt. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Für die An-/Abreise mit ÖV ist der nächste Busstop knapp 10 Min zu Fuss.

Das hätte man auf jeden Fall sagen müssen, da wir abends voller Freude auf did Küche extra dort essen wollten und nicht konnten..

• Céline (9/5): Génial, surprise du lieu à l'arrivée. - le lieu un peu insolite. Le personnel du bar/restaurant , super sympa; Encore heureux qu'ils étaient là. Chambre moderne et sympa. Vu sur le fleuve. Pas de personnel à l'accueil, censé quitté à 17h, nous sommes arrivés avant et personne. Mieux préciser la possibilité du parking et l'accès avec la barrière sur booking. Mieux indiquer l'accès à l'hôtel.

• GIANFRY9 (8/5): Zona tranquilla. - Rooms25 è in zona estremamente tranquilla e ed allo stesso tempo vicina alla stazione centrale, raggiungibile con comoda passeggiata in area pedonabile (attenzione alle bici però!) in 20-25 minuti. Camere con arredo minimal ma dotate di tutto quanto occorrente. Unica nota parzialmente negativa, la colazione: buona qualità ma scarsa come varietà, sia in tema dolce che salato. Comodi i locker gratuiti per il pre check-in e post check-out. La colazione. Amplierei la scelta in generale.

• C.M.S. (9/5): Siamo stati in fiera e quindi non abbiamo girato per la città - Siamo arrivati tardi e ripartiti molto presto ma abbiamo dormito in maniera molto confortevole. A causa dei nostri orari, la reception era chiusa ma col totem è stato molto facile gestire la parte burocratica Le indicazioni stradali pedonali sono fuorvianti e ci hanno fatto fare tutto il giro dell'isolato quando bastava proseguire dritto per pochi passi

• Anna (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole. - Apoartamento accogliente, ben organizzato con tutto ciò che serviva ( biancheria da letto, attrezzi da cucina, bollitore ecc). Arredato in modo moderno e pulito. Il bar-ristorante al piano terra comodo. Posizione molto tranquilla ma comunque vicina al centro ( 10 minuti a piedi dai mezzi, 2 fermate di tram dalla stazione centrale). Da ampliare solo a mio avviso la scelta di prodotti a colazione che era comunque buona.
• Javier (10/5): - Localización, la luminosidad y comodidad de la habitación además del buen gusto en la decoración de la misma El primer día, la recepcionista fue un tanto arisca, no hacia por qué nos enterásemos de lo que pedía, nuestro nivel de inglés no es muy bueno, pero entiendo que intentar explicarse un pco no daña a nadie. En cambio, la recepcionista del check-out, genial, nos explicó todo e intentó hacer por qué lo entendiésemos.

Giriş ve çıkış kolaydı . Konumu merkeze biraz uzak. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız ve Amsterdam ‘o yürüyerek gezmekten keyif alacaksanız 25-30 dakikalık bir mesafede merkeze.

• Mélanie (8/5): Fait le job - Les chambres sont très grandes et bien équipées. La literie est très confortable. En revanche, le personnel est très froid et fait le strict minimum. Le quartier est très calme, loin de l'effervescence du centre-ville. Attention, l'hôtel semble très proche de la gare à vol d'oiseau mais il faut prévoir quelques détours pour contourner les canaux (compter environ 25 minutes).

I could hear everything happening in room next door. I’m not typically a light sleeper but there were a few instances where I was awoken by neighbors. Not a dealbreaker but something to mindful of for light sleepers

On a eu de la chance d'être venu en mars il y avait encore des places disponibles D'avoir eu le stress d'arriver après la fermeture de la réception. Apres 17h00 tout est informatique mais ça c'est bien passé

В отеле вкусный завтрак и есть свой ресторан если хотите пообедать или по ужинать. Приятный приветливый персонал. У нас почему то не сработал сейф и мы не смогли им воспользоваться

• Felipe (8/5): Moderno y tranquilo - Moderno, el self-check in y self-check out muy prácticos. Si bien parece cerca del centro, está a 20 minutos a pie por unos puentes y es dificil llegar en otro medio de transporte que no sea a pie. En la noche es bastante solitario pero no tuvimos problema. Si bien tiene el restaurant del hotel (Kanteen25) no hay otros negocios cerca.
