• Peter (3/5): This is NOT a hotel!! - Location.. not much else.. Im sorry. Very small,.. over priced. No services. This is NOT a Hotel! Its some person renting out a room in second row from the street If you want to rent it out on booking, at least make a small investment in the interior.. when you pay around 200€ per night you expect at least a disent lamp etc... to be honest the room is in a horrible state.. DO something!
• Anthony (2/5): Frustrating - Location near centre of 노ㅑㅜㅓㅕㅏㅕ It was an apartment, not hotel. It was hidden behind a hotel with no name or street number therefore not be found easily. S길 checkin was very frustrating. No service desk or service.

• Navina (5/5): Great location and facilities for one person - Room was good size for 1 person with all very good facilities included. However room was dirty and air conditioning unit was very dusty when checking in.. But after letting the owner know, he arranged someone to come around to clean it. Very good location and good communication from the host. Enjoyed staying in the apartment. Access only via lift.

• OMRUM (1/5): Awful, by far the worst experience ever. - They said the check-in was at 16:00, when we arrived at the accommodation the room was still dirty from the previous guest. The cleaner was nowhere to be found. I contacted the host and they said they were sending a cleaner now and the room would be ready by 17:00. At 17:00, they were still cleaning the accommodation and it was only finished at 17:30. When I entered at 17:30, there was a strong odour, hair in the bathroom and bath tub, stains on the table. The towels were not clean and there was a blood stain on the toilet paper. Booking.com did not respond on time and we were basically stranded in that situation.
• Ertuğrul (7/5): Fiyat performans - Konumu güzel, çevresinde olanaklar fazla(market vs), metro yakın, fiyat performans olarak iyiydi. Peçete tuvalet kagidi vs vardi. Taharet musluğu yoktu, yatağın altında göze batan şekilde malzemelerle doluydu. İri ve uzun insanlar için tuvalet banyo küçük.
• Thi Hoang Oanh (4/5): Tệ vì mọi thứ bụi bặm. - Chỉ việc gần trung tâm dễ đi lại ở Shinjuku Phòng quá dơ, dưới gầm giường bụi, rác và đồ cũ nhét đầy, Xung quanh đường đi cũng nhiều bụi. Nhà tắm bị vàng dơ. WC không có hệ thống rửa tự động hay vòi xịt, con tôi đã không thể đi wc mà phải chờ ra wc khu vực cộng cộng.

• Natalie (6/5): Good for a short stay close to Shinjuku station - A good location not far from the Shinjuku train station so easy to get around. It was good for the two nights we were there. A very small bed for too people and a tiny shower with no curtain so the whole bathroom got soaked each time.

• Tenzin Dolma (7/5): C’est moyennement . - La chambre avec deux grand lit. C’est confortable. "Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est qu'il n'y avait pas d'armoire pour les habits. J'ai dû mettre les habits sur mon lit. Il aurait fallu avoir une armoire au lieu de deux lits dans la chambre.

• Kian (7/5): Average - room is big and decent size for the location and price. Cleanliness is standard clean. It is not a hotel. The name wrote Hotel HM Shinjuku which is deceiving. Could not locate is by roadside since it is an apartment instead of a proper hotel.

• Madubash (8/5): Private and in a prime location! - Quiet and in a prime location! Communication with the host was smooth! Spacious bedroom considering most average hotel rooms are small in the area. Amenities are there just inquire and look for them in the right places 😉 Not much! Worth the pay considering it’s a private apartment.
• Henson (8/5): Very good - Location was great. It was walking distance to the lively part of Shinjuku. The host was also very responsive and kind. Its also very easy to find. Once the host sends the exact address, you'll see that the entrance is actually part of an easily searchable hotel, which you'll have no problem looking for in google maps. The place is very open to the public and although Tokyo is generally safe, there's the feeling that anyone can come barging through the door. Also, there's no space for storage (no cabinets, etc), so we placed our clothes and luggages on the side and under the bed.

• Romina (8/5): Close to all attractions in Shinjuku - The apartment is in a great location. It’s walking distance from the Golden Gai and all the attractions in Shinjuku. The beds are very comfy and there’s a couch in the room for resting. You can connect your phone to the the tv and watch Netflix or YouTube. The pillows were a bit stiff. Hint for finding the place - search for Hotel Avyss.
• Jaidyn (10/5): Exceptional - Very tidy and easy to access apartment. Everything is straightforward and communication has been great 👍 close walk to the train station as well!! highly recommended if you are on holiday!!
