• Anna (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt für 14 Tage, super Lage zum Nissi Beach, einige Supermärkte/Shops und gute Restaurants fussläufig - Super tolle Lage, circa 5-7 min Fußweg zum Nissi-Beach. Ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Schöne und moderne Ausstattung. Das Bett war bequem! Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Küche wurde eher notdürftig geputzt, das Besteck und die Gläser waren leider teilweise dreckig, sodass wir alles nochmal per Hand abgespült haben. Der Boden war nicht super sauber, hatten gesaugt und durchgewischt, da der Boden sehr empfindlich ist was Staub angeht. Die Bettwäsche hatte einige Flecken, war aber an sich sauber. Sprich was die Sauberkeit betrifft war es in Ordnung.

• Nadia (9/5): Super! - Zaletą było napewno wyposażenie, jak suszarka do włosów, żelazko, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, duża lodówka z zamrażarką, pralka itp. Wejście do pokoju było łatwe, kontakt z gospodarzem super, w razie potrzeby szybko odpowiadał. Jak potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowego papieru czy ręczników to nam je przynosił. Zastaliśmy trochę słodkości na miejscu :) Apartament był bardzo ładny, czysty. Były przejściówki do gniazdek. Jedynym mankamentem był materac, który był dość twardy i codziennie budziłam się z boleń pleców. Później już spałam na kanapie.

• Andrzej (10/5): Doskonały pobyt. Piękna pogoda-początek listopada. - Doskonała lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko plaży Nissi ( 500 m ) i najblizszych przystanków autobusowych ( 150 - 200 m ). Dużo sklepów i restauracji w okolicy. Obiekt położony ok 50 m od głównej ulicy ( Nissi Ave ), ale bardzo cichy. Do centrum Ayia Napa można się bez problemów wybrać spacerem ( 1,5 km ). Sam obiekt bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Doskonała komunikacja z gospodarzem. Dla podróżujących samochodem- parking pod domem. Wszystkie atrakcje dostępne autobusem ( bilet 6 euro na cały dzień - linie 101 i 102 ).Transfer na lotnisko w Larnace firmą Kapnos Airport Shuttle - 12 eur/osobe. Bus zatrzymuje sie 150 m od obiektu na przystanku autobusowym przy Nissi Ave. Wszystko OK.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful apartments close to Nissi Beach — extremely comfortable and cozy! - Excellent apartments in a cozy cottage near the sea. Nissi Beach is just a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have high ceilings. Special thanks for the super powerful hairdryers and the dressing tables in every bedroom! Everything is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The apartment actually looks even better than in the photos — when the windows are open, plenty of natural light fills the space. The host is incredibly kind and always happy to help. Super comfortable stay — highly recommended!

• Andra (10/5): Great accomodation away from the chaos - The apartment is quite big and luminous. The bed was very very comfortable! Large shower and a lovely balcony. We felt at home. The only improvement suggestion I would have is for the host to invest in a cordless vacuum cleaner and a hygienic mop (like the Swifter), so that the guests can clean the sand or the dust off themselves during their stay (considering the road outside the villa).

The city center is about a 20-minute easy walk away The host is extremely hospitable and always available. The street leading to the apartment is not paved and not lit at night

Comfortable king size bed and 2 other regural beds for kids. Large and well equipped kitchen, big fridge, washing machine. Bus stop is in 5 min walk.

All rooms were equipped with air conditioning, and we especially appreciated the large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment had two separate bathrooms and three big bedrooms, which was perfect for our stay. The location is great – close to a bus stop and not far from the most beautiful beach, Nissi Beach. We had a rental car, which was very convenient, especially with kids. Shops were nearby, and the town center was about a 30-minute walk away. It was one of our best holidays – thank you! We would love to come back again.😍
• Couple (10/5): Very pleasant stay - we would like to come back - The place is very comfortable, modern, looks even bigger than in the pictures. The sofa is very large and comfortable (not too soft, not too hard). The bed is super comfortable (firm mattress without sinking, better than in many good hotels). We slept very well there. Short walk to the beaches. Adam is very helpful and nice host. There were some new buildings constructions in the front, but the windows stopped all the noise. We had a very pleasant stay and it was hard to leave this place. -

• Natalia (10/5): Great for short and long family stays - The apartment is just great for family stays. It's modern, spacious and the bed is comfortable. It's close to the seaside, restaurants and bus stops. We had a nice and comfortable time. The owner is super friendly and communicative, he brought us a crib and a baby chair, thank you for everything! The kitchen is very big but it could be equipped better. I'm sure the host can help with anything you may need though.
• Cristina (10/5): Great location, very good value for money - We had a lovely stay at this accommodation in Ayia Napa, Cyprus! The location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and very close to supermarkets and restaurants. In spite of this, it was quiet and pleasant even in the evenings, which made it great for relaxing after a day out. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, though we did notice some dust during our stay. However, given the construction site next door, it was understandable – it would have been almost impossible to keep the place completely dust-free. Speaking of the construction site, we were initially concerned about potential noise, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The work started at 7 am and ended at 4 pm, and we spent most of that time at the beach, so it didn’t affect us. The host was wonderful – very nice, helpful, and understanding. They kindly allowed us to do a late check-out, which was a huge help as we were traveling with two young kids and had a late flight. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place! N/A
• Peter (9/5): Mid-November break; weather was good (shorts and short-sleeved shirt). Quiet so no crowds/queues. - Short walk (3 mins) to beach front with good coastal walks in two directions. The sea was beautiful. In one direction were the harbour and centre of town - around a 20 minute walk. Several small supermarkets close by as well as a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Big, spacious rooms, with everything one needs - washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary water, coffee, tea, and wine . The host is great and communicative, and we were allowed to check in early and check out late. The flat was spotless, very clean, comfortable beds, fresh linens, beautifully furnished, and the balcony was just amazing! This is a bargain for the value!

• Orihun (10/5): Great new property - The place was amazing. Very spacious and new. The location is in the main road, but was not loud. Has beach and restaurants at walking distance. For those who prefer to cook instead of going out, had all needed kitchen supplies. Also hair driers were offered at the property. Host was replying fast if you needed anything. Great place, was a bit overpriced for our dates, but absolutely understandable and worth it. The only disadvantage I found, there was not an iron available, but host told they will improve it in the future.
