Guest Reviews
- reynaldo (6/5): - Location. Stairs going down to the bathroom can be dangerous for older people.
- Christopher (9/5): We really enjoyed our time in Rome thanks to this place. Very well located, comfortable, and nice neighborhood nearby! - Very centrally located next to the colosseum but not super touristy. There are bunch of nice restaurants, coffee bars and gelato shops one street back from the Main Street which has some usual tourist trap type restaurants. A washing machine for laundry was a super nice surprise. There are a bunch of different levels to the apartment that weren’t well described, so if you have mobility issues that might be a challenge.
- Neil.ras (10/5): Highly recommended 👍 - We loved the place. The apartment is in an excellent location - 5 minutes from the Colosseum, 5 minutes from the metro.
50 meters to the right you can buy cakes for breakfast, 50 meters to the left - excellent sandwiches for lunch...
Everything was neat and clean, the kitchen was properly equipped.
Nothing was missing....
The hospitality was excellent, the service of Lucia was above and beyond, highly recommended 👍 The stairs inside the apartment 🤷
- Aarohi (8/5): Very good - Good location, the apartment looked nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. The inside bedroom felt a little crammed due to the bed and steps around it.
- Vanessa (9/5): it was a good exprerience..would recommend it - location, cleanliness, facility no living room
- Mateus (9/5): Great place! - Excellent location, a very nice host, and a beautiful place. Nothing was missing in terms of equipment. There are many restaurants around and is very close to the Coliseum. I don't recommend it if you are travelling with an elderly person, there are many stairs steps. If you go to the room, the bathroom. Steps everywhere. The steps in the second room are quite uncomfortable, if you wake up in the middle of the night and have to leave the room, it is quite dangerous for you to fall.

- Guillaume (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. The communication with them has been very easy and clear.
We had our 7 month old baby with us and they purchased a baby cot for us to use in the accommodation.
Location: Great, 5 min walk to the Collisseum, lots of good restaurants around. Easy to walk to other key historical must see.
We took the train from the airport to the Termini train station. It is an easy 15 min walk from the train station.
Highly recommend this place! Nothing
- Gayle (9/5): Great place to stay! Really quiet. Great location to see the sights of Rome. - Great location! Close to sites, shopping and food. Nothing to dislike.
- Alon (9/5): Comfi condo in a Superb location - Very clear entry instructions, well furnished apartment. On our last day we got the impression that we could have enjoyed complimentary bakeries and coffee from the office but noone clearly said so, so I'm not sure. Would be good to clarify from the start.
- Maurice (10/5): Great location, spacious apartment, excellent communication with the host. - Location, location, location and super host.
- Loraine (10/5): Wonderful Rome Apartment in a Fantastic Location! - We couldn't have been happier with the location of this apartment. So close to the Colosseum right around the corner, a train stop steps away & amazing restaurants right next door. The apartment is on ground level and very easy to access once you find it from the street. You enter into the kitchen which was well equipped. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 1/2 bathrooms. It was extremely clean. The hosts were friendly, polite & accessible if necessary. I think this would be the perfect apartment for a family with teenagers or older children as the secondary, smaller bedroom is a bed that is raised & accessed by steps on both sides. When not out seeing the amazing sights of Rome, we sat at the kitchen table. Apartment was quiet. The linens on the bed were pristine & like a luxury hotel. Very well appointed. I did not realize that the 2 bedrooms were connected & the only way to access the second bedroom was through the first which was right off of the kitchen. The second bedroom was more of a small loft with the bed raised, accessed by steps on each side. The bathroom was on the left side of the bed. Our group was 2 couples (my brother & his wife and my husband and me). We travel well together and so we just communicated if one of us wanted to leave the bedroom. If your party has anyone who is unstable on their feet, especially at night, you need to know that getting from one side of the bed to the bathroom requires steps.

- Michel (8/5): Very good -
- Ivy (9/5): Superb - Everything you need for a good holiday in Rome.
Host was most responsive and helpful for all questions we have.
Very convenient location and we walked everywhere! Nothing
- Stipe (10/5): Domus Vitra 23 - Great accomodation. Very clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and nice. I forget the apartment key to and they arrived 30 min after we contacted them to unlock the apartment. They also arr
anged airport transfer for us. After the check out we were alowed to leave the baggage in the loby for few hours, because our flight was later that day.
Location is also awsome, 5 min walk from colosseum and roman forum.
Would recomend to anyone. I would rate it 11/10.
- Christos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was top! Renovated, very comfy, big rooms with one full bathroom and an extra toilet. Great location 5 minutes from the Colosseum. Lucia was amazing, super helpful and also gave us some space to keep our stuff after the check out. An amazing place to stay!
- Paulo (9/5): A great value for money stay, right in the center of Rome, near Cavour and Foro Romano - The property is superbly located, right the heart of the historical centre of Rome. It was pristine clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great time at the apartment. As well, as we were travelling as a family, the fact that it had two bathrooms was very convenient. It lacked various kitchen supplies, has no minimum groceries for cooking (e.g. salt, pepper, napkins, etc.). It doesn’t have a street-facing window, but only indoor-courtyard ones (not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning here). It also doesn’t have a living room where we could all hangout: it was either at kitchen, or separate in each bedroom.
- Elaine (10/5): Had a lovely stay. We were really pleased with this apartment . Would definitely go back. - Excellent location for exploring Ancient Rome. Spotlessly clean apartment. Stairs in the apartment are a bit tricky especially for kids, but it was clearly called out in the apartment description so I did not have an issue with this.
