Pokój bardzo przeztronny, czysty, na wyposażeniu ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, kosmetyki łazienkowe w dużej i małej pojemności, możliwość codziennego sprzątania w cenie. Ogólnodostępne żelazko, deska do prasowania, prostownica do włosów. Kontakt z właścicielką bezproblemowy, odpisuje na każdą wiadomość, jest bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Dodatkowo miejsce super skomunikowane- bliziutko stacja metra. Przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie z pewnością wybierzemy to miejsce! Polecam gorąco! 🫶 -

• Le (10/5): - It's a new renovation in a residential apartment building. The host was very responsive and communicated well with a video for the check in process. We stayed during the national strike and couldn't find a taxi to the airport. Anna, our host stepped up and got us one. Thank you Anna There were other tenants in the apartment so you can hear people come and go, talking late at night. Not a big problem unless you're a light sleeper
• Hyunjin (9/5): 가성비갑 - 제가 예고 없이 두시간일찍 얼리체크인했는데도 친절하게 응대 해주셨구 어머니랑 같이 이틀숙박했는데 불편한것없이 잘 지냈어요 어머니도 만족하셨구 매일 청소하시는분도 계신데 친절하세요. 트램타고 15-20분정도 가면 중심부라 전 이동하는데 전 불편함은 없었어요. 위치가 중심부에서 트램타고 15-20분정도 떨어져있고 외곽이라 여성분 혼자 지하철내려서 숙소걸어가기엔 살짝 위함할수도 있을것같아요
• Guest (10/5): Bardzo miło będziemy wspominać. Obsługa przez whatsapp dostępna i pomocna. - Wolność i swoboda, klucze do wszystkiego, cisza i spokój oraz nowo wyremontowana kuchnia. Pokój duży łazienka mała ale wystarczająca i najważniejsze czysta, bez wilgoci. Telewizor nowy z dostępem do serwisów. Klima super działała. Daleko od centrum chociaż i tak w okolicy było dobre jedzenie a z plusów to sami bardzo otwarci lokalsi, można się od nich lekko poduczyć włoskiego i dobrze na to patrzą. 3 minuty spacerkiem do metra i autobusów.

• Peplińska (9/5): Świetnie - Blisko do metra oraz innych środków transportu- można dostać się bezpośrednio do najważniejszych punktów Rzymu. W okolicy pyszne restauracje i kawiarnie. Super klimatyzacja, rolety zacieniające. Zamknięte czyste osiedle. Mili sąsiedzi. Bardzo dobre wifi. Lodówka i suszarka w pokoju. Ręczniki. Woda pod prysznicem nie trzymała stałej temperatury- na zmianę leciał lód i wrzątek niezależnie od ułożenia pokrętła, nie dało się ustawić optymalnej temperatury. Brak szczotki toaletowej.

The lady who rented us the apartment was so nice, everything was modern, clean and nice loo - I recommend this apartment so much, even it wasn’t in the center of Rome there was a metro station nearby (3minutes walk- the stop is Lucio sestio). It’s a modern apartment, with a nice bathroom and a kitchen. Also it was clean, the lady who rented us the apartment was lovely 🤍 there was nothing I didn’t like. Only there could be a few more dishes in the kitchen.

• Ágota (10/5): Perfect, cozy and equipped hostel with the kindest host. - The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were great, very clean, cozy, we had everything we needed. Even coffee in the morning! The neighborhood felt very safe, had everything at a 3 minute walk radius: supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, dry-cleaners, pharmacy, tram-station. The city centre is a 30 minute tram-ride away - not the closest, but with the tram-station being so close to the accomodation (4 minute walk), traveling daily was very convinient, simple and easy. The staff was very-very kind and helpful, couldn't have asked for a better host!

• Famke (1/5): Don't go here, noisy and really far from the center - Nothing Really noisy! You could hear all the sounds of the other guests, such as speaking, the toilet and moving around. Also when they were very quiet. The room is in an appartment where all the rooms are rented. Its like sleeping in somebody's house or like a hostel. The distance to the city center is way too far. Especially when the metro is out of order The renter does not answer the phone when you need him. But stalks you with texts and a lot of phone calls, even at midnight, when he is afraid he will not get the city tax. After that you will never see or hear of him again. Not even for check in or check out

• Maria (8/5): Very good - The room was tidy and the furnishings were modern. The neighborhood was quiet with a nearby metro station. The only thing that I disliked is the fact that I felt misled by the photos that there is a separate restroom. It was shared with the other 2 rooms.

Location was fab as we were near the metro and the whole complex was very secure. We also appreciated the help with the near by car park, which also felt safe. We also enjoyed the size of the room. Nothing! The apartment made our trip to Rome comfortable!

I think the service is better than in most hotels. bed linen and towels are changed every day. a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, oven, stove are at your disposal. all utensils in the kitchen, even toothpicks and a wine corkscrew! among the things I did not expect were ice, iron, toothpaste ... whatever you ask for, the security guards will provide you with it. great place, neighborhood, easy transport to Termini or Camipini airport ... Poor 10!

• Maryna (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. - The apartment was new, clean and really comfortable, there was everything we needed for stay (like fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, iron, balcony and place to dry your clothes, etc., although I wish there was a mirror in the room). There were 4 rooms in the apartment, our neighbours were friendly and quite, also there were really beautiful inside yard. The owners always quickly answered to us in the chat and were very helpful. The neighbourhood was especially nice, because we were able to see how locals are living and attend local cafes (the amazing gelateria and bakery, different pizzerias, bars and even asian cuisine cafes are in 5 minutes of walk) and clothing stores (the whole street of them is also in 10 min). The subway is in 8 minutes of walk and it takes 20 minutes to get to Trevi Fountain without changing lines and 40 minutes to Colosseum with 1 change.
