• Silvia (5/5): Da ristrutturare - Ubicazione centrale. Bar sotto dove fare ottima colazione. Ascensore funzionale (anche se piccolo) Appartamento vecchio anni 70. Generale incuria, bidè acqua a filo, rumoroso di notte, infissi vecchi, letto una piazza e mezzo (venduta per posto letto 2 persone), cuscini inesistenti, televisore non collegato ad antenna, poca luce  (tipo lumini del cimitero) nella zona living e applique fulminate. Porta d'ingresso con evidente stato di trascuratezza. Crepe varie. Puzza di fogna talvolta dagli scarichi. Nel complesso sensazione di poca attenzione per il confort degli ospiti

• Longo (7/5): La tua casa a Trinità dei Monti - La posizione eccellente, la silenziosita della casa pur essendo in pieno centro storico. La casa è confortevole e accogliente ma avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione più accurata nel bagno e in cucina.

• Andrea (10/5): Toccata e fuga a Roma per lavoro, ottima posizione e spazio per gestire bagagli, attrezzatura lavorativa e riposo - Casa spaziosa e ben curata Un piccolo disguido tecnico che ci ha portato a prendere le chiavi a 100 metri di distanza, ci può stare, ma poi le abbiamo dovute riportare in quel luogo, avrei magari sopperito al disservizio facendocele lasciare comunque nei pressi dell’appartamento, ma va bene comunque, un piccolo suggerimento di miglioramento, ma siamo stati bene

• Christophe (8/5): Very good stay. Nice apartment very well located. - Very good location in the center of the city: very close to Piazza Spagna and Trevi Fountain. The apartment is very spacious, well organized and the living room is big enough to keep the second bed opened permanently. Overall a very good stay ! Kitchen small accessories: indeed glasses, forks, knives... are not enough. Would be great to add some. Phonic insulation could be better, but we slept well anyway ;o)
• Carla (9/5): Perfectly located spacious apartment - This is a very clean spacious perfectly located apartment. We loved the location and the space. Front windows of sitting area are onto the street and sunny in the morning and all other windows are facing the fire escapes and alley - not an attractive view but is fine. Our adult daughter and boyfriend used the sofa bed which was decent quality but ear plugs are recommended for the morning street noise. Comfy bed, lots hot water, big towels, loads toilet rolls, kitchen roll, coffee provided. Host quickly resolved a maintenance issue. We were able to leave our luggage an hour early but this wasn’t communicated to the cleaners but was ok after a phone call. Remember cash for the tourist daily tax as we didn’t have enough cash but finally got an auto pay link from the host. If you are thinking of booking for 4 do this with booking.com at the time of booking as we added it on later and it was directly with the host and much more expensive. Downstairs entrance is dirty and not in keeping with the quality of the flat. Need better lighting in the sitting room and kitchen plus larger coffee percolator. Second bedside lamp is needed.

• Barby (10/5): Very comfortable place - Location and the house is superbig and comfortable For people who will sleep in the sofa bed and they have sleep issues it’s noisy because the street is crowded but only that, sometimes you can’t manage that things

• Isabel (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - It is so beautiful and very well located The air conditioner of the bedroom did not work, but it has a ventilator
• Svetlana (4/5): Terrible experience - The aparment is in good location, about 5 minutes walking to Barberini or Spagna metro stations (line A). There is an elevator in the building (for up to 2 people), it is small but works. Before the arrival Francesca confirmed that "In the apartment you will find a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room ready for you." When we arrived at night only double bed was ready. Both air conditioners (in the living room and in the bed room) are broken. They dripped condensate. In the living room was bucket to collect the watter drops, but it was impossible to use the AC at night because of the noise from the failing water drops and water puddles on the floor. In addition we had to pour out heavy bucket full of water on a daily basis. The owner even didn't think to send somebody to the apartment to empty the bucket instead of us. When we poured out the water from the bucket in shower, black pieces of dirt float out of a drain and the water standed for a while until it receded. Needless to say the the dirt remained on the shower floor. We needed to clean the floor in order to use the shower again. In the bed room there was no bucket to collect the condensate and we thought the AC is OK. We waked up in the morning and found huge puddle and wet suitcase. The kitchen is equipped very simply. For example, there are only 2 big mugs. Each time when contacting the owener and asking to fix the problem, the only answer that we got is "I offered you to leave the apartment, we will refund you the nights you would not have used." Since we came to Rome for a very short vacation, we didn't have free time to look for other location and move.
• Nelson (8/5): Marcello and Francesca were active hosts and responded to our questions - Excellent location and easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and shopping. Night time street noise from trucks and traffic. Unfortunately the air conditioner broke down for our visit
