La posizione è strategica, a due passi dai Quartieri Spagnoli, ideale per vivere l'atmosfera autentica di Napoli e spostarsi comodamente a piedi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. La struttura è molto accogliente e rispecchia fedelmente le foto pubblicate. Anche se non siamo riusciti a incontrarci di persona, l'host Fabio è stato impeccabile: sempre gentile, disponibile e rapidissimo nel rispondere a ogni messaggio. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli, terrò sicuramente in considerazione questo appartamento. Consigliatissimo!

• Adriana (9/5): - Il proprietario il top del top.ha risposto a tutte le nostre esigenze anche in orari poco comodi. La casa pulita e comoda. Vicini silenziosi e cortesi. Zona tranquilla e vicina al centro. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter lasciare la casa perfettamente pulita come l’avevo trovata perché mancava la scopa e l’aspirapolvere non funzionava benissimo ma, a parte questo tutto è andato oltre le aspettative Aggiungerei scopa e paletta
• FRANCESCA (9/5): Napoli mon amour - Nulla da dire. Posizione ottima, nel cuore pulsante della vera Napoli Verace. La Casetta è piccolina ma studiata nei minimi particolari e molto pulita. Fabio, un galantuomo, anche se da lontano, è stato sempre presente e attento!

• Mia (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Naples - Great apartment in the heart of the true Naples. You will get the experience of staying at the authentic place near all the major city sites. The apartment is well equipped (AC, iron, hairdryer, 2 TVs, kitchen appliances,…) and clean. In a walking distance there are amazing cafes and restaurants, as well as the main shopping street. The port from where the boats to the near islands are going from is just some 15 min away on foot. Being located on the ground floor and in the older building, the humidity was present in the apartment but nothing serious. It definitely didn’t ruin our stay.

• Konstantin (10/5): Me and my family really enjoy our stay in Buen Retiro 52. - The location is great - in the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli but in the same time not so noisy. The facilities were superb. The apartment has a really nice design. A lack of bigger windows and a bigger terrace.
