Номер был чистый, уютный и современный, с прекрасным видом из окна. Особенно понравились удобные кровати и тишина — удалось отлично отдохнуть. Спасибо всему персоналу за теплый прием и высокий уровень сервиса! Обязательно вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

- Pejman (1/5): Poor cleanliness - It wasn't clean at all. The fridge was full of leftovers of the prior guest. There wasn't any potable water in the fridge. There wasn't any tea or coffee bag.
- Arpine (10/5): - Мне всё очень понравилось, 24 часа ресепшон работает. Забронировала поздно ночью но заселили без проблем . Было очень чисто и уютно. Гостиница находится в центре пешком до Площадки Республики 10 _15 мин а на машине 4 мин. Вид из комнаты на город. Гостиница находится очень близко к автобусной станции откуда можно поехать в любое направление. Близко находится Американское Пасольство 5 мин пешком .
- Gints (3/5): Last chance hotel if there are no other opportunities available... - A stage hotel on the way to South Armenia Probably the worst cleaning in the hotel I have ever seen... Everything was dirty. Rooms were tiny. TV did not work. There was an electric tea pot but no tea or coffee. And than - they were proud that they were fully booked... I would honestly like to contribute to that this changes...
- Ушаков (8/5): В целом вариант подходит для краткой остановки за разумные деньги, но с учетом указанных нюансов. - Расположение — рядом с автовокзалом и недалеко от центра, что было важно. Приемлемая цена, достаточно номеров, есть все необходимое для короткого проживания. Вид из окна (боковой) — вечером красиво подсвечивается телебашня, это действительно приятный бонус. Но не всем может повезти. Cлабая звукоизоляция. Ночью был слышен будильник у соседей, который срабатывал много раз подряд, две ночи будил нас но не хозяина, а также разговоры и шум при заселении других гостей. Подушки оказались слишком жесткими — в итоге пришлось использовать одеяло вместо них.

- Анна (10/5): Хочется вернуться туда снова🤗 Спасибо большое! - Очень удобные кровати,наличие кондиционера, выгодный обменник прямо на месте. Персонал - золотые люди. Очень вежливые, всегда были готовы помочь и делали все возможное для удобства гостей. Отдельное спасибо за фен😊 Не хватало столика и стула, не было крючков в душевой для полотенец. Пожалуй все.
- farshad (8/5): نظافت و امکانت بیشتر مثل بسته بندی حوله ها و روتختی ها - لوکیشن و دسترسی عالی . درست کنار ایستگاه اتوبوس که به همه جای شهر میشه با یک اتوبوس ده دقیقه ای رفت. پیاده تا مرکز شهر فقط ۲۰ دقیقه راه هموار. منطقه امن و مهمان نواز وقیمت مناسب اما تمیزی اتاق و خدمات کمی میتونست بیشتر باشه ولی نسبت به قیمت بدنبود تمیزی اتاق و امکانات میتونست بهتر باشه کمی تمیزی بیشتر بشه قطعا بهترین انتخاب هست تو ایروان با این قیمت

- Albert (10/5): - Отель более чем приличный за эту стоимость. До центра не очень далеко,но локация была выбрана из соображений близости к аэропорту,ибо ранний вылет. Мы не так много времени провели в отеле, чтобы оценить всю инфраструктуру,но для наших целей это было максимально хорошо.

After check out, we were not even allowed to stay in the lobby until afternoon and then go to the airport and we had to leave. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

For breakfast there are variety of local dishes ,fruits ,apricot jam,different kind of breads,all fresh and delicious. Wifi connection for free Supermarket,bakery,coffeeshop,ATM to exchange money,bus station right outside the entrance of the hotel. Some details to make the stay easier: There are no hangels for the wet towels(not in the bathroom nor in the bedroom) There is no water separator on the bathroom,if you take a shower the water runs on the floor(you definitely need flip flops with you and extra towels to clean the water.) There are no bedside tables,nowhere to leave the luggages(just on the floor).Fortunately there is a cupboard and a fridge so we used the fridge as a self to put our things on and inside.
