- Matias (9/5): Great but probably not for everyone. - Pretty good place for our plan of using it as a Tokyo base. Very calm and quiet during the day/night. As a whole, pretty clean (read bath stuff tho). Really good train connections since it's near JR Akabane station. Instructions given were very clear. Very comfortable mattress to sleep on the floor. Both AC units, laundry, microwave, stove worked perfectly. Disclaimer: I've lived in places without a proper bath before. So we really didn't have much problem to adapt. I would probably change a couple things: There were some dark spots that couldn't be removed. Water connection to the toilet probably needs to be tightened or changed since it leaks water after flushing. Would be great to add bidet if possible (one of the awesome things in japan bathrooms lol).

- Chika (5/5): - 冷蔵庫（冷凍庫もあり）と洗濯機、掃除機があったのはありがたかったです。 ユニットバスの古さと使用感、シャワーカーテンがないのは少し残念でした。
- Francis (3/5): Poor - The AC was working well. 1. The place was so small, you have to tell the other person every time to move aside so you can pass through. 2. The tub has stains on it. It makes it look dirty. 3. It does not have enough cookware and dinnerware. Only for two, perhaps three people. 4. The sleeping area is poorly laid out. Same can be said about the whole apartment. We have to stay in the living room and setup the sofabed to sleep on. 5. The power went off like 5x during our 6-day stay. 6. The location is too far from the station. Not recommend for a group.
