• jennifer (8/5): Couple of minor inconveniences but overall very nice! - Looked exactly like the photos, very comfortable couch and beds Water pressure on bathrooms taps very minimal, no washing detergent, some of the fixtures (towel rack) fell off every time I tried I use it, and there was only 1 in the bathroom
• Leah (3/5): Good location , better options - Good location and spacious Property needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Getting the keys and to your car park is such a mission going up spirals of levels for parking in a busy city. Walking down the road to an ezy mart with only one loading zone space was tricky. Half the time fobs didn’t even work.
• laura (9/5): - We really appreciated our host’s responsiveness whenever we needed something, as well as the location and cleanliness. Having a bit more kitchenware would be helpful. The only slight inconvenience was the street work outside. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

• Pedro (10/5): Excellent choice. We will definitely try booking here every time we're in Brizzy. - Perfect location with access to Queen St Mall, South Bank, and the Hospital. You can easily go exploring on foot with your family. Our little ones are all under 10. Perfect amount of space in the apartment we were in. The right size for a quick tidy up on exiting. Room design and amenities were stylish and perfect. Big screen smart tv's in each room. Perfect for our family. Carparking and Elevator access was very helpful, making arrival and departure easy, by vehicle and on foot. No queues for Elevators as there were 4. Gym and pool access via Elevator. Beds were comfy in each room and huge sizes. Plumbing in the wet areas were all modern making the stay comfortable. Extra large modern shower heads are lovely making shower time for a family faster, and washing dishes easy. At the time the air-conditioning was undergoing an upgrade but they did provide pedestal fans for each room, so it was still ok. I will be copying this design in my house. Yes it's that good! We weren't provided internet access. I think you have to pay. Normally it's provided in the email upon booking at places. We didn't have the time to chase it up. The tv's were connected still thankfully. But I had to hotspot for my kids and went through plenty of gigs as you can imagine. It was no biggie. Everything else outweighed this. We didn't have time to organize it as we had other priorities and no spare time. I'm sure something would be easily sorted. Key collection was a bit different. It felt like I was playing a video game upon following the given instructions. Why they don't have them at the motel is strange to me. Maybe that's normal in Brizzy.
• Heinzelmännchen (8/5): Very good - The location is good in the centre of the CBD. Check in was quite easy, the keyfob is collected across the street at a convenience store, which made a late arrival simple. There is parking available for an additional cost. Apartment is decently furnished though a little bit worn in places. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The bathrooms were good and the laundry facilities were great. The kitchen had very basic amenities but not really enough to make more than very simple food. The oven and dishwasher were quite damaged and difficult to use. There was only one oven rack which made use a little challenging.

• Jane (6/5): Excellent location but would stay in hotel managed rooms next time. - Excellent location, lovely pool, comfortable mattress General maintenance is lacking (door handles loose, no door on ensuite, remotes broken, small holes in walls, shower silicon mouldy, chair broken). Door fob did not work for hotel entry door after hours (received a detailed email advising about this but didn’t realize it applied to early evening as well). Needed to buy more toilet paper.
• Michelle (5/5): Average stay - The location is very central if that is what you are looking for. The apartment is very small with a lot of tired looking furniture which takes up a lot of space. There is constant traffic noise late into the night leaving it hard to sleep at night. The WiFi was also very hit or miss which was frustrating.

• Cody (8/5): Felt at home and would stay again - Really awesome location, with everything you need in walking distance. The apartment was spacious and well fit out with beautiful decor, loved the bath, and the fact it was fit out for long stays (big fridge,washer and dryer), so if I’m ever back with my boys this would be perfect! The owners where very easy to communicate with and helped me a few times and where extra kind with my check out. I felt very at home and safe when I normally don’t in new places, thank you for opening your beautiful home. Nothing not to like, small issue with the main tv which wasn’t a huge issue as there’s 3 HUGE tvs, one in each room haha but was my first solo trip away as a new mum and had just imagined laying on that beautiful couch after work with a wine :)
• Kevin (8/5): Great stay in a great location - Location was excellent. My daughter loved swimming in the pool everyday. Comfortable beds. Easy check in and out. Couple of broken things but did not worry us or detract from our stay. Ensuite bathroom doesn’t have a door.

• Tanya (8/5): Great location; quirky apartment. - Large comfy lounge; Huge TV in lounge area; Central location; Good bathroom amenities provided; King Bed in master bedroom; Different Decor to usual apartments; Responsive Host Cleanliness could be improved (only minor) - kitchen drawers had some dust, mould in ensuite shower. Some patching/repairs to some walls in master bedroom required. Ensuite bathroom did not have a door, although bedroom door can be closed. Fob key would not work when entering the main doors at Oaks Festival (I did not report to host, so my fault).
• Shelley (3/5): Convenient for the city - The location is very good for walking to all the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately it was dirty, walls and appliances were damaged, insufficient crockery and cutlery and there was too much furniture in a small living area. The weird disco lights coming on randomly were very annoying.

I was surprised that Check in didn't involve the front Oaks reception. Keys collected from an Ezy Mart across the road. There was some minor damage in apartment which I reported. If you wanted to use washing machine you needed to take own laundry detergent, which I was not aware of.

Great facilities within the building ie gym and pool etc. Huge TV in lounge area was great. Everything we needed was supplied or a minimal walk to Coles or an Ezymart as required. Just some easy fixes to improve the experience.......fill the sizeable hole in the wall between the kitchen and bedroom and re-hang the curtains that have become detached from the rail in 2nd bedroom. Bathrooms could do with a deepclean as quite a bit of gunk build up in the ensuite shower. Install a sliding door on ensuite. Previous door has been removed and has no privacy. Would have appreciated a heads up regarding no hot water for a full day. Happened to come across a notice within the lift advising that it would be shut off by building maintenance.

• Anonymous (9/5): elegant, quiet, in the middle of everything - #highly recommended - it was as it was presented on line - gorgeous space to be in. lovely quality with everything. small thing but we prepared our own meals most of the time and whilst there were 3 chopping boards there was only 1 knife and it was blunt so cutting veggies 🥕 was a challenge. no large baking tray for roasting in what was a great oven…just a little tray. these were the only things we found ourselves needing to work around.
