• Helmut (8/5): - Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sauberkeit war nicht gut Toilette war nicht Hygienisch unter der Brille. In der Küche müsste die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher sollten gereinigt werden. Die Hauptstraße ist nachts sehr nervigt.

• Reinhard (9/5): Nach einem lagen Tag konnten wir dort sehr gut entspannen, es war alles da was es braucht. - Eine schöne helle Wohnung mit modernem Bad, gute Raumaufteilung. Die Nähe zur holländischen Grenze macht sie für Tagestouren empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur eigenen Verpflegung sind reichlich vorhanden.
• Michelle Ognita (10/5): - Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende und durften eine Nacht in diesem großartigen Apartment verbringen. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstraße ist es überraschend ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Alles befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fast-Food-Angebote, sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen sowie die Möglichkeit, die Stadt direkt zu erkunden. Das Apartment war hervorragend sauber, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und fast wie zu Hause. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit, mit der das Apartment gepflegt wird. Es ist ruhig, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Gastgeber war erstklassig – äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit, kooperativ und jederzeit erreichbar. Der gesamte Ablauf verlief vollkommen reibungslos, von der Kommunikation bis hin zum Check-in und Check-out. Obwohl alles telefonisch organisiert wurde, war der Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich geduldig, hilfsbereit und hat nicht aufgehört zu unterstützen, bis ich sicher im Zimmer angekommen war. Das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und verdient besondere Anerkennung. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Herrn P. und das Cloud-7-Team für die großartige Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank!

• Venskiy (9/5): Great place for a comfortable stay - Great place. Very clean and equipped with everything what you need for the comfortable stay. Keyless entry makes this place very attractive, as you do not have carry keys in your pockets and worry of losing them. Nothing really to not like. Agree with one of the previous comments, road noise could be disturbing for the light sleepers.
• Jutta (9/5): Würden hier nochmal buchen :) - Wir waren im Appartment 1. dieses war ebenerdig und hell. nach hinten raus mit kleiner Terasse. Zum Abdunkeln gibt’s Außen- Rollos. Schlafcouch im WZ bequem. Sehr guter Service , wir wurden ein Tag vor der Anreise angerufen um unsere Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen . Zimmercode wurde uns per SMS mitgeteilt.

• Olha (10/5): The apartment looks very nice! - I enjoyed my stay at the Cloud 7 Apartment; it was very clean and a lot of space. And a big bathroom. Everything was great!
• Alice (9/5): Great stay at Cloud 7 - The apartment was spacious and very clean. Got most of the appliances we needed for a short term stay. The bed was quite comfy! We also enjoyed the complimentary Haribo Bears :) It was easy to contact the staff and the self check-in and check-out was quite useful for us due to our travel schedule. The apartment we were in didn't have an oven although for this stay in particular it wasn't that big of a deal. As I understand from other reviews, some apartments have ovens so next time we can add a special request.

• Hartikainen (8/5): Noisy but near to the access to the area. - The flat was well organised and the equipment was in the photos. It was located within walking distance of our daily destinations. 1. The house is located directly at the street with heavy traffic. Due to the hot weather we wanted to keep the windows open to cool the air in the flat but due to the traffic noise it was not possible. For stay durring winter it should not be a problem. For summer, it was unpleasant. 2. Flat does not have a washing machine. It's not practical for long stays. 3. I could not find floor cleaning equipment. For long stays, it would be appreciated. 4. Sofa might need cleaning.
• Falt (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was beautiful and impeccably clean. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of an oven in my apartment and occasionally slower Wi-Fi, but these were truly negligible. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Heinsberg.

• Irina (8/5): Good accomodation for a car travelers - Very clean apartment, I see that owner takes care about details! Also there is a parking with garage and property is located close to the roads There is no air conditioner so in summer is going to be hot - we stayed when it was +23 and it was not so comfortable be inside, and house is located very close to the road so open the window was not a good option honestly because of noise. Also terrase is shared, so keep it in mind especially if you travel with pets.
