• Pellegrino (10/5): - Ottimo soggiorno. Eravamo tutta la famiglia di 4 persone. Siamo stati molto bene, la casa pulita e spaziosa e i proprietari super gentili e disponibili in ogni richiesta. Dal bagno ci sono rumori provenienti dai tubi, forse bisogna far rivedere qualcosa.

• Shaza (9/5): Rome’s eternal location! - Very comfortable and modern, with the staff clearly thinking of everything the guest could need! The attention to detail is incredible! Location is unique. It s honestly very comfortable. The only issue is that it is on the groundfloor so you HEAR everything in the morning, but just bring earplugs and you should be fine.

• Funda (10/5): Great place to stay - Location was great, just around Spanish steps square. Decoration of the house was nice. The place was cleaned well. The fridge was full of drinks and there were snacks as well. The caretaker, gate keeper has been very polite. Some mornings we heard some noises from the street.
• Wilfred (6/5): Some issues are possibly deal breakers - good size. functional. relatively new. Shower overflow easily. I need to keep water at low pressure and stick to the wall. I could only have quick rinse before bathroom gets flooded. Instructions to find the door and get access was only given hours before arrival. I didn't get mobile data and couldn't see it when arrived. As a result, I had to make a phone call while standing on the dark ally at night. A homeless looking guy was at the alley staring at us. The whole situation felt unsafe.
• Marcelle (8/5): Great apartment in an amazing location. Would highly recommend! - We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Rome. Andrea and Pasquale were great hosts. The apartment is exactly as it is advertised. The kitchen was very small and difficult to prepare and cook meals.

• Janka (9/5): The communication with the accomodation was very smooth. They even provide the airport transfer for the additional price - The best was for sure the location. So close to the spanish stairs, DiTrevi fountain, Pantheon, Metro station … 💕 Its maybe a little too tight for 4 peoole especially when the coach is open all the time ( second bed ). But not that bad :)
• Andreea (10/5): perfect location super helpful host - the location is perfect. super central, near the spanish steps. the place was very clean, and the host was always extra present. totally recommend this location. when i booked this location i did it through booking.com. since i travel a lot , n general booking is taking the money from the card. in this case it did not charge me,while i was thinking i payed. when i landed in rome i discovered i have to pay at the location. it was a bit of misundersantding and the person who was supposed to get the money -not the host- was super dramatic in behaviour as if i was bothering him with my questions.when u find out u have to suddenly pay 2600 euro yes u feel entitled to double check the reservation! but the host was super helpful and understanding so they saved the day and didnt destrly my vacation with italian drama. so as a suggestion for other tourists, please double check if booking is taking the money or not. you will avoid a lot of tension.

• Nir (9/5): So very enjoyable-lovely space, super quiet, a beautiful spot to get away from the tourist hordes - It is a very well appointed apartment with lovely finishings and a very well stocked kitchen in terms of coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. it was also very clean, comfortable and had good air quality. A really pretty space. A little more advance info on how to access the unit and what to expect in terms of check in would be helpful. We had a few minutes of panic when we arrived and could not figure out which unit it was or how to get in. I’d suggest exchanging information on booking so that guests know what to expect. Also, a complaint about Booking.com/Priceline - they did not transmit that we were a 4-person family so it caused confusion and stress on checkin.

• Jill (9/5): Great little apartment tucked away from the crowds at Piazza La Spagna - The location is perfect. Right around the corner from the Spanish Steps without the noise and crowds. Easy to find. Lovely apartment that is very well maintained. Lots of storage space. The kitchen was stocked with drinks and snacks for us and the coffee machine was a welcome addition. Lots of power outlets, good lighting, bathroom well stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner , toilet paper, plenty of towels for our 4 night stay. I would definitely recommend for 2-3 people and I would stay again. Nothing to dislike. It was more expensive than anywhere else we stayed on our 3 week trip but that's Rome and it was in a prime position - so not really a complaint - more an observation.

• Freyr (10/5): A perfect week in Rome in a wonderful apartment - The location is fantastic, only 50-60 meters from Piazza di Spagna, but on a quiet side street. The apartment is very good, separate air conditioning in bedroom and living room, good lightning, quiet at night. I agree with many other reviewers that a small dining table would be a perfect addition to the apartment. Dear host, there is plenty of room in the bedroom for a small table that could be moved into the living room on occation.

• Seema (9/5): Despite some issues, I would highly recommend this place for visitors. A very big plus is the property manager, Andrea, - The best part about the property was its location. right next to the Spanish Steps and Metro but in a quiet street behind. access to the apartment was easy as it is on the ground floor. security is also very good. the bedroom was very spacious and nice. The bathroom was not huge but a decent size. even though it was the tiniest kitchen imaginable, it was fully functional and had enough kitchen equipment to make or heat simple meals. A Nespresso machine and coffee pods were fully provided for the duration of our stay. Soft drinks, water and a small bottle of Prosecco were chilling in the fridge. The bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. The main negative (rectified by temporary arrangement), was that there was no dining or coffee table in the living area. I think it is essential to have a place to sit for a meal or at the very least be able to put a coffee cup or glass on a side table. Minor issues: the Shower area needs a caddy to place bath essentials. it is awkward to put a soap or sponge on the floor. The kitchen could add a few things like a can opener, a few ceramic bowls for microwave heating or cooking and covers for some of the pans. but despite that it was very functional.
• Orla (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was brand new with top end furnishings and appliances. The bedroom and living area were very spacious and comfortable. They even had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge stocked with refreshments, fresh coffee etc. They even had a mini dishwasher. The location is perfect- seconds from the Spanish steps yet quiet for a good nights sleep. We had a fantastic time and hope to be back in the future- thank you! Nothing
