- Bethanie (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay in a modern chalet—perfect for families, with thoughtful touches and great hosts. - The chalet was really nice, clean, and felt brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable—my husband was in love with the mattress and doona! We also loved the heated tiles in the bathrooms and the fluffy robes provided, such a nice touch. The key lanyards were also very handy and made things super convenient. The location was great, just a short walk to the main village. It was perfect for families—we did our own Easter egg hunt across the three levels which the teens loved, and our 2-year-old had the best time at the village Easter egg hunt. A big thank you to Mike and Anna as well for generously offering us a complimentary late check-out—it was really appreciated and made our stay even more relaxing. The front of the property was still slightly under construction, particularly the stairs which were a bit unfinished with some loose rocks, so you just had to be careful walking up. One of the teens in our group did slip/trip, so it’s something to be mindful of. Also, quite a few things in the village were closed over Easter weekend, which was surprising given how busy it was—only one restaurant was open and it was very crowded. The Air Zone was closed, and while we enjoyed the Gnome Roam walk, some gnomes (including the final one) were missing which made the ending a bit disappointing. Also worth noting for future guests—the kitchen and lounge are on the top floor, so there are quite a few stairs.
- Melanie (9/5): - Enjoy the bottle of wine that the host left! The doors not locking due to weather
- Kate (10/5): Perfect stay for skiing and I enjoyed it. - It was an amazing accomodation, and very close to the main village. The rooms were lovely and the whole place was very clean. Nothing. I liked every part of it

- Matthew (8/5): Good spot 🤘🤘 - Lovely fresh new Correspondence from owners with instructions on things we need to do are very pleasantly worded but the cost or undertone is a little pushy. Eg a $200 fee for lost keys or strict check out time messages and verrrry costly late check-out fees make sound like its not really an option, or wanted...
We love if a place is super cool with a tiny bit late check-out if they aren't full or the cleaners are booked for later that day. We don't expect it but always rebook places that help you out when it's no skin off their back, to just help you have just a slightly better holiday away ♥️♥️
- Andrew (10/5): - I booked this last minute in the evening after getting stuck on Mt Buller. We booked and quick communication from the owners got us in promptly. Clean, well appointed - a huge relief after a rough day. Thanks so much 👍👍👍 Nothing!
- Anna (10/5): A great stay for 2 families with great amenities and facilities. The hosts was just lovely and nothing was too much trou - Beautiful brand new accommodation with everything you could possibly need! Loved the washing machine and dryer, even had a rice
Cooker! Nothing I can think of
- Erin (10/5): Amazing hosts and warm, modern, functional accommodation - Mike and his wife were very warm and welcoming hosts who made our first trip to the snow (especially as a family with young kids) very smooth. Check in and check out was simple, we had a quick tour, were given helpful information, and they helped us to navigate through the uncertainty around arrival and departures with their amazing flexibility arrangements. We hope to make family snow trips a regular thing and would definitely come back and stay here again, or recommending to others. Not a downside at all.... but a hopeful suggestion.... for when families with younger children are staying.... if possible, would be handy to have a baby gate or similar at the top level to block off stairway access...

- Karlyn (10/5): Luxury on the mountain! - Our hosts were lovely, and the apartment was stunning. That under tile heating was amazing! We loved it and will definitely be back!
- Hina (3/5): No hot water is a deal breaker. Disappointing for what we paid. - The property was new and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and glassware. The hosts were friendly and provided a lovely welcome basket. We didn’t have a code or the number of the unit, only the street address, were simply told the door was unlocked, so took some effort and communication to find it in poor weather with our luggage and kids in tow. There was no hot water - the system broke down, was fixed but broke down straight after, when the technician arrived, he mentioned this was the fourth time it had happened, so there were no showers and discomfort while brushing, washing hands, especially for the children. The front door did not lock, which we raised but there was no resolution and the property, especially the 2nd and 3rd bedroom were extremely small - hard to move around the beds safely, especially in the dark.

- Frank (10/5): A great place to stay in Mt. Buller. - An unforgettable stay! Our group of 8 adults had an amazing time at this luxury ski villa. The design and attention to detail were exceptional - spacious, warm, and perfectly set up for a group. We especially loved the open-plan living area for winding down after a big day on the mountain. One of the best stays we’ve had at Mount Buller — highly recommend! Nothing not to like.
