- Mathew (2/5): Shortchanged !! I will never stay with this owner's residences. - basic room. toilet bidet not working. In the room pictures, the decorantions look grand and like a palace. Actually it is not. Beause there are many small stuff that does not work well. The owner has a few properties, for an unsuspecting person, the location listed for ReimiMondo 501 is incorrect. And this makes a person inadvertantly choose. And payment is direct on the spot. no cancellations. And then you realise the location is wrongly listed :-( it is 12 minutes walk to Ikebukuro Station, instead of less than 5 minutes.

- hong (7/5): Nice place to stay - Has a lift, washing and dryer. Free ground coffee. A bit far from the train if need to move luggages around.

- VANESSA (7/5): Bon séjour, bon accueil mais pas la chambre réservée. - Bien situé, bien entretenu. Bouteilles d’eau tous les jours et serviettes propres à disposition. Bon accueil. Ce n’était pas la chambre que nous avions réservée: nous avions réservé la 501 et avons eu la 301 malgré notre demande. Notre chambre avait été donnée à d’autres clients. La climatisation n’était pas très efficace dans la chambre du milieu.
