• Domenico (8/5): - Posizione e gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Muri troppo sottili e poco insonorizzati, in pratica si sentiva TUTTO ciò che avveniva nelle altre camere... finestre da cambiare per impedire che i rumori provenienti dalla strada disturbino il riposo

• Elena (9/5): - Posizione fantastica. Vicino la stazione Nomentana da raggiungere a piedi (circa 200 metri), stazione Tiburtina (3-4) da raggiungere in taxi o bus. Attività commerciali a pochi passi. La camera e i servizi molto puliti. L'ampio ingresso comune con angolo cottura attrezzato, stoviglie, frigo, macchina caffè, bollitore. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Titolare gentilissimo e disponibile.

Although it’s a bit far from the city center, you can reach most major tourist attractions in about 25 minutes by a single train line (around €1.5 for a 100-minute ticket). The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. There’s also a large supermarket and a laundromat nearby, and since the hotel has a kitchen, you can easily cook simple meals. The bed, linens, and furniture were all clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The owner responded quickly whenever we contacted him and was very helpful in recommending restaurants in Rome. He listened to our preferences and suggested several great local spots that were popular with residents and reasonably priced. When we actually visited them, they were €5–8 cheaper and tastier than other restaurants we found on our own. (They’re about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.) The area felt safe, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. non

• Christian (7/5): Overpriced for what it offers — it could be great, if only they cared a bit more. - I liked the complimentary coffee and the spaciousness of the room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the overall bathroom cleanliness was below expectations. The pillows were too high and there were no alternatives. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell in the common areas like the entrance and kitchen. Overall, it feels like the place could be so much better with just a bit more care and effort.

• Vladi (6/5): Location is the only good thing in this room - The room is located in a nice neighborhood with excellent public transport. There was no hot water in the shower. In addition, we couldn't sleep because we heard noises from the room nextdoor. Finally, the room was dirty.

The photos make it look nicer It is not easy to find place or to get into the room communication difficulties. The bathroom and especially shower near impossible to get in the actual door, and I'm by no means a large person.
