• Gay (9/5): I would use this facility again as it is value for money and an excellent location - self contained, which is preferable from a financial view point. I didn't use the hot plates (they looked like they may need replacing). I mainly ate salads Was please to see clean tea towels and detergent supplied Although functioning perfectly, the cistern has seen better days. It is worn out, the plastic rigid and rough

• Bill (1/5): Unhappy and angry! - That the manger John was very helpful and respectful re all the issues. And refunded all the money in full. I didn't like how booking. Com. Messed up the booking . I was on the site and thought I was booking for glenelg oasis studio. But when completing the transaction it came up with this accommodation not the one I'd booked. I sent to emails to booking. Com No response back from them . I specifically was choosing glenelg oasis studio , because it was a unit on ground floor as I have mobility issues. As I didn't here back from you , felt I had no chose as I did not want to loose my money as I am a pensioner. There were issues accessing this unit a) upstairs b ) security door was locked. The manager John spoke to me on phone, very helpful and gave me cancellation no for booking .com. Many issues with b.c cancellation office . Poor phone reception .Being on hold for long periods of time . Phone calls be disconnecting often . Having to ring back , waiting in phone cue again, have to re explain everything again. Very frustrating for customers. Receiving emails stating we are reviewing your issues ,re refund. Then receiving email saying you would get full refund. Then next morning another email to say that you and manager of unit could not come to and agreement and still under review. Causing much anxiety, frustration and distress. Phone your office again after being placed in cue for long time , complaining about the last email to staff. Put on hold again . Then phone line just hung up on me again. No answer to the email????? Dealing with your office was , horrible, frustrating and created much anxiety and disstress. As a customer of booking. Com not very happy. 😡😡😡

• Sue (1/5): Did not stay.booked other accommodation as this place is dirty old and not what you show online - Nothing Nothing what we booked the pictures online are nothing like the apartment that we walked into. It was filthy dirty and everything in the apartment was very old. It was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment but it wasn’t. Even the toilet roll was on the floor. We did not stay and was told we would get a refund. That did not happen. This place is an awful and you should not have it on your books.

• Julie (5/5): Passable - Location We booked 2 rooms as travelling with another couple, 1 room $792.60 other room $1200 for 6 nights, both same, pretty basic, dated & needed a good clean, given 2 towels for 6 night stay so had to wash them in coin operated machine 🤷 We could have gotten a better room for same or less money in same location.

• Narelle (4/5): Not overly happy, - Close to Jetty Rd. Killer TV. Located in same carpark as uniting communities and hospice care. Didn't feel private. Felt like a hostel rather than apartment living. No soundproof walls. No key for screen door.

• Matthew (4/5): won’t be staying here again - Room was reasonable size The bed needs replacing. Pillows were like concrete. TV remote didn’t work, I replaced the batteries and there are spares in the top drawer. Cutlery, plates and glasses were filthy. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The gentle caress of the filthy shower curtain as it lovingly embraced my legs was the icing on the cake.

• Michell (9/5): Superb - Easy access to beach, tram to city,excellent range of restaurants - Glenelg just a buzzing place! Quiet location. Owner provided little extras to make our stay super comfortable and quickly remedied a situation which arose. Would happily stay again.
